I help women and men build embodied strength through personal training, strength coaching, intentional weightlifting, and nutrition coaching. Using a mind-to-muscle connection approach, I guide clients to improve form, build lean muscle, and increase confidence. My coaching combines customized workouts, proper technique, balanced nutrition, and habit-building strategies to create sustainable results that last for life. I’ve know Billie for a long while. Billie inspired me to be confident in myself and that I’m in competition with only myself at the gym, she motivated me every step of the way!
