I've been a member for some time now. When I first joined, the place was well kept, but as of late, I see the owners less and less, and the place is in a constant state of mess. Never will you find these things to be true at the same time: soap full, toilets clean, garbage taken out, paper towels full, machine wipes full, weights put away, floors clean, mats free from dog hair (yes, dog hair!).

They seem to think staffing it 3 days a week is enough to keep the place from becoming a mess. It is not. I want to give it 1 star, and would prefer switching gyms if they didn't have the best equipment in town. It's like the owners set it and forgot it. Hell, I've seen more members shoveling snow than I have the staff.

This gym is excellent. It is clean and well maintained. There is a great selection of equipment and lots of room to do what you need to do. What's more, the staff and overall customer service is exceptional. Would highly recommend.
