I enjoyed the two free sessions with Coach Maddux and Coach Emily. They have two different styles, but they both are professional, encouraging, and brought the best out of me. It's the first time for me to train with these machines and methods. Nice concept. I think it'd be a great fit for someone who is too busy to work out longer.

This workout is perfect for me! The newest technology combined with knowledgeable, friendly staff puts this place at the very top of my list. No more 'hours' at the gym.
After 20 minutes I left feeling just as jacked and pumped as when I workout for an hour and a half. This is the future of fitness and I'm hooked!

I was very impressed with my initial consult at The Exercise Coach in Sioux Falls. The coaches were so encouraging and explained everything thoroughly. The gym, the staff, & the program were all top notch. I was impressed by the way the work outs are set according to my body’s strengths and weaknesses. Even after just one session I could tell this program is very personalized and each machine is set specifically to my body’s response to the exercise. I will be back for my second free session!
