Great gym! I was dropping in from NC and had to do a qualifying workout for a competition. Sarah was working there and was extremely helpful. The gym had everything I needed for a CrossFit workout and had lots of great powerlifting equipment and free weights. Itβs was very clean and organized and the bathrooms were great! 10/10 recommend this place if youβre in the Pierre area or just passing through! Will definitely be back!

Love the gym and the atmosphere, brings me back to the high school weight room,how ever always room for improvement, would like to see better housekeeping. I go everyday and I appreciate this gym , if the Cleanliness was better 5 stars all the way. Posting a true and honest review . Even the gym has to work each day to be better just like us going to the gym each day is to get better.

I would advise any new members not to become close friends with the owners. Angry people. Gym is mostly messy and cramped. It does the job, but there are better options.

Playing for the Souris Valley Sabre Dogs this summer and have visited a few gyms throughout North and South Dakota on road trips. Hero Gym in Pierre, SD is by far the best one weβve been to. Staff was awesome and the gym is very professional. Incredible gym!!

JR was very friendly and helpful. The gym had a great cross-section of equipment from powerlifting, strongman and crossfit to cardio, boxing and machines. Equipment was well-maintained and clean. Highly recommended!

Awesome family friendly gym with convenient 24 hour access. Staff is friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Perfect if you are a serious athelete training for your sport or just trying to get in better shape. By far the best gym in the area! Would recommend this gym to family and friends.

The Hero Gym is owned by some of the nicest people you will ever meet! John and Bree are great people and will take great care of you. They are very knowledgeable and will assist you with all of your health and fitness needs. This gym is open 24-7 and offers free tanning with your membership. It is never overly crowded and you don't have to wait to use a piece of equipment.
This gym is family owned and operated by a military family who supports the military proudly- which means a lot to me.
Go down and check them out. You will be glad you did!!
