A friend took me to Dante’s class after two years of telling me to go. I was immediately hooked! Dante’s workouts at UOU have helped me find my love of lifting weights and working out again! He hears both our goals and areas of weakness, and targets workouts to help us become stronger. I would recommend Dante’s workouts to anyone if you want to become better and stronger!

Itsalifestyle is the first training plan I’ve been able to stick with (for almost 5 years now!). The workouts are quick which makes it easier to fit them into my busy schedule. Dante changes the exercises on a weekly basis to ensure that each muscle group is targeted and that you don’t plateau. He makes you feel comfortable in the gym and motivates you to be a better version of yourself.

After wanting to make a healthy life change, a good friend referred me to Dante. Dante really listened to my struggles, needs, and especially my goals! I look forward to each workout with Dante. He's positive, encouraging, and I actually laugh while working out. :) I had to travel for work and Dante created workouts for me while I was away and unable to be present in the gym. Because of the positive atmosphere and the healthy patterns I am experiencing, Dante is now working with my twin, 12 year old boys. Dante has been my personal trainer for 21 months. I walk three miles each morning but decided, as one of Dante ‘s older clients, that I also needed strength training. I had a double knee replacement and Dante gives me exercises to strengthen my knees. I can really tell my knees are much stronger and I know I have better balance. Also I was having an issue with my left shoulder. Dante gives me exercises specifically for rotator cuff pain and the movement in my shoulder has greatly improved. The exercises and weight training have made me stronger, energized, and I feel happier.

I find it is not just about the exercises, it is also the camaraderie between me and Dante. His personality makes him easy to work with. He is open to suggestions and does his research concerning any issues I am having, such as the pain in my shoulder.

I would recommend Dante as a personal trainer. It is taking that first step that is the most difficult and important in our exercise journey. He not only made it easy but enjoyable. I see him twice a week and look forward to each session.

He’s a trainer for everyone and everything. If you just want to get in shape he will adjust your workout. If you want to become a top notch athlete he gets the right program and it works. I went from being 260 pounds and running a 5.8 40 to 285 pounds running a 5.2 40 in a span of 5 months. While losing inches off my waist. No other trainer in Rapid City is like him.

Dante is an amazing trainer and has created an environment at Itslifestyle Fitness that is both comfortable AND challenging for total fitness beginners (like I was a year ago!) and lifelong athletes alike. He specializes in high-intensity interval training which really maximizes the amount you can accomplish in a 40 minute session. I had convinced myself for the past 20+ years that I'm uncoordinated and not cut out for exercise. Now after working out with Dante for just over a year, my strength, endurance, coordination and confidence have improved tremendously. He's become a great friend in the process and I trust that he knows what I can handle and will design workouts that will challenge me. He is extremely conscious about avoiding injuries and studies new developments in exercise science closely to make sure his clients are working out smarter, not just harder. I truly can't recommend him enough. He offers remote training options for those who prefer working out at home or have busy schedules, but I love training at the gym because I enjoy Dante's daily pieces of wisdom and musings on life. I always leave with a huge smile on my face.

Dante is a fantastic trainer! Each work out is different so it never gets boring and I'm always challenged. I have never stuck to a routine before but Dante held me accountable to show up and do the work. In just 2 months of working with him, I dropped 16 lbs.
