I was very apprehensive about working with a personal trainer in the beginning. I was out of shape and a fast food junky. My wife talked me into giving Adam a try. The diet and workout kicked my butt for the first couple of weeks. Weβre about six weeks in and Iβve lost about 30 pounds and am already seeing muscle gains. The workouts are tough but I look forward to going. If youβre looking for results Adam is definitely your man.

After 8 months with this team, I wish I had done this 20 years ago. Adam and his team are fantastic. I have dropped 55 lbs, built solid muscle, and at nearly 50 years old am in better shape than I was in my 30s. Having someone else set the program, correct my form and work with me to reach my personal goals is fantastic. If you are on the fence, think of it this way. Just 2 weeks in and having great success⦠stronger, leaner, and starting to enjoy foods my body actually craves. I have a lot of sciatica pain with back and hip problems, but Adam knows how to push me to the limit while still addressing, respecting, and working to heal the structural problems of degenerative discs and so forth. Travis is also hard core. Neither of these guys will let you off the hook. Solid work outs, diet plans, and a no-excuse atmosphere, while still working with legit medical problems, is the recipe for serious change.

Adam Seiler and Amanda Mullis are the owners of this fitness studio. I mention this ip front, because those two are what makes 1-On-1 better than other studios.
Right from the start, they help you determine your goals and set you off on the right foot towards achieving them. They, and their staff, are very knowledgeable and their personal care for their clients is very obvious.
Adam and Amanda create an atmosphere that is more than just a gym. It's fun, while being a great place to actually train at.
I could say so much more, but that would take a while. The bottom line is that if you have goals that you want to achieve, while not being ridden by a drill instructor who just sees you as another client, see Adam and Amanda. You will be very pleased that you did.

I wish I could say good things about this place, and I dont usually comment on things like this. I had a consult on a Saturday and no one was there. I left a voicemail and no one returned my call...to this day (4 days later). Was so happy to go since talking with Adam. *updated* Adam called me and we set a consult and I will now be training with him. Cannot wait to see results. Thank you again. UPDATED: Again I am having issues with this company. I was charged almost $500, months after I declined everything because I only got phone calls when I put bad reviews on here. I'm so beyond furious with this place.

Great personal training facility. The staff have great meal plans, workout routines and real one on one training. If you follow the instructions that they give you, you will have the pounds melt right off and the muscle stack on.
