We are a creative indoor play space for all ages in downtown Dickson, TN. We have a state-of-the-art ninja obstacle course. Our philosophy is that every individual has a valuable place in this world and that life is meant to be an adventure. We desire to see people freely and confidently influence the world around them for good. We encourage our clients to get out of their comfort zones with non-traditional movement using obstacle course training, customized classes, and creative games. We provide a safe, authentic community where people can fully engage in a team environment that celebrates each other's strengths and supports each other's weaknesses.

We absolutely love this place!! We’ve been going to classes and open gym for several months now, and we just had my son’s birthday party there! The coaches are so fun, uplifting, and encouraging while also pushing and challenging the kids to be/do their best. They were also very accommodating and easy to work with for the birthday party. I HIGHLY recommended Abundant Life Adventure Gym!!

My kid's birthday party was here and we had a great time! All the kids had a blast, and the staff was great about helping them when needed and letting them free play when they wanted. I even got to try some the obstacles myself. Highly recommend this gym and we will be back.

Hosted my daughter's 7th birthday here and it was amazing. Not only was it super clean with lots of different equipment for kids of all ages, but they helped with set up and tear down. They checked in before and during the party to make sure we had everything we needed. They let me decide when to run the games and helped me gather everyone up when we were going to do cake/presents. They even helped out with a kiddo who wasn't feeling very confident with some of the activities. I highly recommend this location for a fun day out or a party. Price was pretty great as well!

We had the absolute BEST time during our kids birthday party! The staff was nothing but amazing! They truly helped every child of ALL ages (as we had kids from ages 3-12). Definitely highly recommend having your kids birthday here!

Our Girl Scout troop enjoyed our time at Abundant Life! My daughters told me that they loved how positive and encouraging Coach Jana and Coach Stephanie were. They were both constantly circulating the floor and available to instruct and spot whenever needed. All of our girls pushed themselves to try new things and in the process got confidence and a great workout. The girls can't wait to go back!

We had our son’s 6th birthday party and it was a huge hit. The kids aged 2-13 all loved it. They had organized activities combined with free play time for the kids. It was perfect.

Nothing but great experiences here! My son had his 7th birthday party here last week and it was a blast. The ages of the kids varied from around 2-9 and they all had fun! Plus the staff members were super kind and helpful!

What a phenomenal place to bring kids of all ages! My son loves coming for the obstacles and challenges, but he stays for the commraderie he finds among the kids and workers. Jana and Stephanie are so great helping teach safe ways to play on the equipment. Every time we come, there are new challenges. Open gym is an awesome time to come experience everything the gym offers. We cant wait for ninja classes! Highly recommend visiting!
