From Doug W. - It has now been 17 months since I joined All Points Personal Training, and the results have far exceeded my expectations. With the help of Tim Underwood, the owner and trainer, I have rebuilt myself. People who haven't seen me since I began can't believe the difference. I used to have to take one step at a time going up and down steps but now do so effortlessly. At 69, I now feel 15 years younger. This doesn't happen by accident. You have to dedicate yourself to coming in and performing the activities that Tim demonstrates and provides guidance to you on. If you do so, the results will blow your mind. The people you will meet here are very friendly and the camaraderie we have for each other is special. When you really think about it, what is more important than maximizing your physical and mental quality of life as you perform the daily functions of your life. All it takes is to contact Tim to discuss your expectations about this program and you will have made the best decision for your journey to fitness and well-being beginning now and into the future. From Doug W. - I was driving past Tim's All Points Personal Training facility in late June of 2024 and decided to look it up online. What struck me the most was Tim's life-long history of personal and professional success and accomplishments. At this time, I was walking approx. 10 to 12 miles a day at a local fitness center and was getting good results of weight-loss but no increase in strength and decided to call and meet Tim. I was 67 at the time, 6'3 and 300 lbs., drinking approx. 12 to 15 diet sodas a day and not eating really healthy. Tim was astonished that I was in as good of shape as I was. We agreed to start an initial 12-session, individualized work-out program in late June of 24 and amazing changes began to happen almost immediately. Tim's years of body building experience began to show results in me within a couple of weeks. Tim's personal touch and great personality make our sessions very enjoyable. He has a deep and incredible knowledge of body movement and strengthening processes and procedures that make a huge difference in your results. Tim's great colleague Spud is there to assist Tim in helping out clients with answers to client questions and concerns and is eager to help everyone out when needed. There is a great atmosphere of collegiality and support among all of us at Tim's place. It is a very friendly and supporting environment that is far superior to any gym I've ever visited. It is a very supportive family-like atmosphere here and Tim has no equal in the services and approaches that he provides. If you're looking to strengthen your physical and personal appearance, and emotional outlook, you can't find a better place to begin your journey then Tim's All Points Personal Training facility. All Points is the perfect place to get your active self back! Tim has the exact balance of encouragement and motivation to help you become your strongest. He is patient and knowledgeable. The other members of the gym are supportive and there is no undercurrent of destructive competition. It is a very welcoming place for older women who haven’t grown up as a gym rat. Amazing results.

Started here when I was 260 pounds or so, and now I’m 150 pounds. Coming to this gym was one of the greatest decisions I’ve made. Not only did I transform my body, but I transformed my mind and overall outlook on life. I didn’t just get in shape in the time that I went here, I gained something vastly more important: discipline. I am now running cross country and track as DBHS when previously I couldn’t even walk up the stairs without getting out of breath. The people here are great as well! The owner Tim has personally became a mentor and friend to me over the past few years and he is someone that, as a teenager, I really look up to.

I've been training with Tim for a year and love it. He understood my needs and concerns being a woman in my 40s who had 3 large babies and who can't handle a lot of jumping and jarring in my workouts. He has consistently challenged me, yet always been cogniscent of my joints or pain points. I have gained so much strength and CONFIDENCE since starting a year ago, and I have no plans to quit. Tim Underwood and his gym All Points Personal Training are awesome. I asked for his help in the early 2010's and knew at that time he was the best. Life happened. I stopped. Began training at another gym a couple of years later. Was a good experience but never anything close to Tim and his knowledge. I have been with him now for two years and have seen not only a change in my body, my strength, my ability but in my attitudes. He is genuine and cares deeply for his clients. Oh, and his monthly fee is only a drop in the bucket compared to what I receive in return. He is worth every penny he is paid and I shall forever be indebited to him.

Beautiful place. Unfortunately, the bathrooms and visitor center are closed now and the Porta potties need service. But the falls are gorgeous and the trees are beautiful right now. We didn't give ourselves enough time to walk and see all of the falls. Lots of people there on a Sunday afternoon.
