I just completed my first month with Alloy and have to say it has been a great experience so far. Every trainer provides the much needed structure and confidence I was missing. It is much more than a work out, it is also an education in how to understand and listen to your body. Every trainer is unique in their approach and keep it fun and interesting. The small group allows for great connections with others on the fitness journey with you. If you need a structured, but customizable, program to either start or continue your workout routine, I would highly recommend joining us at Alloy.

I have been working out at Alloy for a little over a month now and am so happy that I found them! All the trainers are great and have been so good at helping me reach my fitness goals. I have some physical limitations due to having both my knees replaced and they all are very good at changing up the group exercises to allow me to do what I need to do to work out safely and successfully. I am amazed at how fast they have helped me increase my strength and fitness levels and have really enjoyed working out in the small groups at Alloy. I plan to keep going and encourage anyone who is looking for fitness guidance to give them a try!

Working in a small group with a personal trainer has taken my fitness to the next level. The trainers at Alloy are so very special. I have a couple of issues that have affected my ability to work out. They have been great about working with those challenges while still making great gains in my strength and above all helping me get my blood sugar and blood pressure under better control. I highly recommend dropping by and seeing what they are offering!

If you want real results that are attainable at any age (I’m 49), I would highly recommend Jenn and her team at Alloy Bearden. They are able to track your progress with real statistics and review it with you each month. I’m in my 6th week (3x a week) and wish I would’ve started sooner! The hardest part for me was getting started. Now, it’s part of my routine and I actually look forward to going.

I decided to wait before writing a review to ensure I had a well-rounded experience. After a month as a member and 12 sessions under my belt (attending three times a week), I can confidently say I’m loving it.

The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the interstate and plenty of parking—no hassle at all.

The workouts are consistently challenging, engaging, and sometimes even fun. The daily rotation of workout routines ensures no two sessions are ever the same. Over the course of the month, I only encountered one or two repeated workouts, which keeps things fresh and exciting. Plus, since every workout targets the full body, there’s no need to dread specific days like "leg day."

And then there’s the staff. I’ve had the pleasure of training with all three instructors, and they are fantastic. They ensure you stay on track with proper form to avoid injuries while offering constant encouragement to keep you motivated. I truly can’t say enough good things about them.

Overall, it’s been an amazing experience, and I highly recommend it!

My advice is to find a time that fits your schedule and make it a regular part of your routine. Joining a consistent class with the same group of people helps you build connections, creating an environment where you can motivate, challenge, and support each other—while sharing a bit of friendly banter along the way. That sense of camaraderie is what truly makes the experience enjoyable.
