I came to Alloy and had a great experience with the trainers. I had a family member in my household diagnosed with stage four cancer and had to temporarily cancel my membership. The owner decided that I was 24 hours too late and proceeded to take $500 out of my bank account anyways. That is the reason for my one star review. It seems the owner of the business cares more about collecting money than she does about anyone’s personal well being. For that reason I do not recommend this business to anyone and will be sharing this with anyone that will listen. There are many excellent options in the area and will be happy to send referrals.

Alloy has been just what I needed to get back on track with my fitness. I feel stronger, have more energy, and my body composition has continued to improve over the last 6 months. The trainers are excellent and really make sure you are doing the exercises correctly in order to prevent injuries. Would definitely recommend Alloy for anyone looking to improve their fitness and overall health!

Alloy is a fantastic place to workout for all levels, as it’s customizable! They have a great variety in workouts that push you, without feeling daunting. I feel I get lost in large class style gyms. This is not like that at all, it’s personal training for a small group, no more than 6 in a class. The real magic is in the trainers, who are excellent! I’ve had them all at one point or another but, I love my combo with Val and Eric, both are lively, which you need in the early sessions! They both motivate me, and keep me coming back for more. Val is great with making sure my form is on point; and Eric makes sure I’m pushing to my limit, even when I don’t know what I’m capable of. And since it’s a small group, you get to know them and they’re more invested in YOU, not just your fitness journey. I have NEVER been a regular gym goer until Alloy. Especially early morning but, the trainers and results keep me coming back. I’m so glad they opened here in MJ, and that I signed up when they opened! The pounds and fat are coming off, the muscle is increasing; and I’ve been a gym regular for 6 months and counting! Thank you, Alloy! And if you’re reading this to decide whether to join, DO IT! Zero regrets. It might cost more than others gyms but, you don’t get the personal attention Alloy offers, and the results speak for themselves. New wardrobe coming soon!

Love this gym. I’ve been going since they opened in July and it’s has changed the game for my fitness. Head coach Val is amazing! she will not let you have bad form and is always concerned with previous injuries. Coach Chanel is the most fun I’ve never laughed so much while working hard. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Alloy since it opened and absolutely love it. I had been searching online for personal training options and everything I had found was more than I wanted to spend. Alloy popped up on Facebook as a new gym to Mr Juliet. I checked It out online and thought “This is exactly what I’m looking for.
Valerie and Chanel bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. Their ability to hype you up and help you push through the hard parts makes you bring it even more. The workouts are able to be modified if you have any injuries or pain you might be dealing with. Sometimes just going through the motions is just as critical as lifting weights.
If you want small group structured workouts, Alloy is the place to be.

I love working out at Alloy. My goal is to correct my posture and to get stronger and I am seeing the results! From the very first day, Valerie has helped me work on my form. And, I am trained in a way that works best for ME. I see how Valerie helps others train in a way that is best for them as well. I also love Alloys flexible scheduling. Chanel manages the schedule brilliantly. She enables me to keep a steady workout schedule, even though I travel about one week per month. This kind of flexibility lets me know that I’ll never get caught behind even if my week is a bit messy. Both Valerie and Chanel are truly welcoming, upbeat, fully knowledgeable on how to train well, and have made this a wonderful new experience for me.

I can’t say enough good things about Alloy Mount Juliet location. I have been a gym person just about my entire adult life. The personal training experience Alloy gives is exactly what I was looking for in a gym. At 44 years old, my body stopped responding to HIIT workouts and I knew I needed to go in a different direction. I found Alloy through Facebook. Spoke to the head trainer Val and 5 months later…I have made the best decision for me. Results, results, results! In 3-4 months. Val is one of the best trainers. She corrects form when it needs correction and she pushes you when you need it. She’s always watching which is what you want with a personal trainer. If you are looking to start your fitness journey or if you need a change like I did, I highly recommend you give Alloy a chance.

As a person who has historically stayed out of gyms, the concept of Alloy intrigued me. A gym experience for those 40 and up that is mindful of injury history and general discomfort yet still strives to keep their clientele living an active lifestyle was all I needed to hear. The small classes, the focus on form and modifications if needed are key. I never leave a class wondering if I could have pushed harder. The coaching staff is phenomenal and they are experts in their craft brining great energy and attention to detail, special shout out to Coach Eric and Coach Val. 25+ workouts in and I will happily keep coming back for more. I highly encourage anyone on the fence to give Alloy a try regardless of your current fitness level. You won’t regret it.

We both appreciate how you push us to get the best out of us and then have the patience and creativity (with me) to work through my back issues when I’m not able to do certain exercises. Alloy is a great place to go for those just starting out their journey, for those needing expert help working around an injury, for those not succeeding with straight cardio, or those who want to avoid strict weight-only workouts.
The classes hold no more than six people at a time, but many times have only two or three at the times I go. It’s the benefits of a personal trainer at under half the cost.
Additionally, they have monthly weigh ins and accountability and nutrition sessions available as part of the overall cost. No hidden fees. In the first 60 days I was able to go from over 19% body fat down to 16.4%, all while losing weight and gaining muscle. If you do the work, you’ll get results. Most of the fat loss is nutrition. Strength is done in the gym.
As far as the trainers go, you’ll quickly get to know them and your fellow classmates quickly due to the small class sizes. They are all top notch trainers and easy to get along with (unless your set was too light, then they will make you wish you didn’t have a personal trainer pushing you.) ;)

I’ve completed 10 workouts at Alloy Mt Juliet over the past month. I love the small group classes and ability of the trainers to modify exercises to accommodate my injuries and weaknesses. The small group classes are better than 1-1 trainers because we encourage and push each other! Chantal & Valerie are terrific - if u try out a class, let them know u saw my referral!!

I have loved every minute of my time at Alloy so far. I started on the first day that they opened and just hit my 25 workouts! Valerie and Eric are the two trainers that I have in the mornings and they are absolutely amazing. They are great at coming up with alternatives for things that I cannot do or that hurt my body. Chanel has helped me with my nutrition and figure out what macros I need to stick to in order to get results. The gym is always clean and in order. I also love that I don’t have to come up with a workout for myself to do at a gym like I used to, because it is all put together for us every day!🙌

I have been living in Mt Juliet about 3 years now and have been in search of a Gym that will offer me personal training (because I need accountability) but not a Hard Core workout like a CrossFit setting. I saw an ad for Alloy Personal Training so I went down to see what it was all about. When I arrived I meet with Chanel, the Gym Manager, and she explained their philosophy and promised that Alloy is what I was looking for. It has now been about 3 months since I joined and Chanel was right. The trainer that I always work with is Valarie and she is fantastic. She keeps me accountable, pushes me, makes sure I use proper form, keeps me motivated, all while making me feel good about my progress.
With both Valarie and Chanel instructing me on my workouts and Chanel helping me with my nutrition, I have already noticed results in lower BMI, weight loss, and muscle mass increase.
About a month ago I hurt my shoulder while on vacation and thought that was going to end my ability to continue working out which would have ended up being a huge setback for me. After letting them know what my Doctor and Physical Therapist’s limitations were for my shoulder they adjusted my training exercises so I could continue to work towards my goal and not worry about hurting my shoulder further.
With all this said I highly recommend Alloy Personal Training as well as Chanel and Valarie for your workout needs.

I joined Alloy for a whole body strengthening. I have had multiple past injuries & needed coaching that was more budget friendly than going to Physical Therapy. Val, Eric, Johnathon and Chanel were great at listening to my needs to modify the exercises. There was added bonuses of nutrition recommendations. I didn't realize that I was not consuming enough protein. In only 1 month I saw positive results. I was able to return to hiking 5-8 miles a day without pain. I also gained muscle mass and lost 6 lbs!
