Im an AF member traveling from out of town and do not have my key fob and cannot access your location. Embarrassing location that you are not staffed on a weekday afternoon during business hours to receive me. That's why I pay for an AF membership, to have access in other states.

I'm seriously reconsidering my gym membership options. While I appreciate the privacy of working out without the crowds typical of large gyms, this benefit comes at a significant cost: customer service. I've repeatedly tried to resolve issues with both my wife's and my memberships, but no one ever responds. There's never anyone at the office, and if your card reader fails, you're stuck for the day. Recently, I went to train with my wife—her reader worked fine, but mine didn't—so we couldn't work out and ended up returning to my old gym. I maintain multiple memberships for precisely this reason. As a business owner myself, I'm baffled by how this gym operates without any staff presence whatsoever.

UPDATE ON 12-4-2024
After reviewing the charges from Anytime Fitness over the past two months, I've discovered that I've paid a staggering $511.40 since October for both my wife and myself. Despite this significant expense, my keycard remains non-functional, and to date, I have not received any response despite numerous calls and voicemails. This situation is utterly disappointing, and I am left with no choice but to cancel both our memberships.
I urge anyone considering a membership at this location to seriously reconsider and explore alternative options.

They will rip you off every step of the way. I somehow ended up with a $70~ monthly bill. When I canceled my membership they wanted $1000 then $400. I showed them my contract stated a one time payment of $250 with 30 days notice to terminate it. They stuck with $400.

Do NOT get a membership. It’s so expensive and they have worse machines than cheap gym.

Tried calling the number listed to get in contact with someone about getting a membership and checking out the gym. This is my fourth time in the span of two months; straight to voicemail. There's no AF staff during "business hours".

If you want a nice quiet place then this is the best place around in my opinion. I'm not a body builder or someone that just goes to say I go to the gym. Just a normal guy that wants to get a good workout so I'm not flabby and out of shape when I get old, haha.

I have been going to this gym for many years, and it’s been a good experience overall.
I don’t know how many times I myself and others have forgotten their phones , keys, or even other expensive items like Oakley glasses. I personally have always gotten my stuff back no matter what it was, or when it happened . There are some honest people still around us, is what I always keep saying .
And one night at around midnight , when my car wouldn’t start , I had a gym member be so kind running to her house to get jumping cables to start my car.
The update is nice to see , and the new air condition is greatly appreciated .
I actually drive to this location instead of the one closer to my house at Exit 11, because for all these reasons, and because it’s not overcrowded like other places around . Also, people come here to work out, and not to just socialize, and/or hang out.
I do feel bad for the woman that was assaulted, and sometimes thought about the bushes around the entrance as a possible dangerous spot. But since it’s dried out , and one can look through it now, it shouldn’t pose a threat anymore , when one pays attention to their surrounding .
Overall nice people , and good workout place .

While the facility is very nice and recently remodeled, it's always very very hot. I just finished a session during which the building was set to 87 degrees. Yes. You read that right. 87. Eighty-seven degrees Fahrenheit. (A cool 66 degrees and breezy outside)

Needless to say I will be switching to a different location despite this one being only a few minutes from my home. This is a serious problem that should be addressed immediately - in the meantime I do not recommend visiting this location (there are 2 others in Clarksville).

This is quite literally the worst managed branch of Anytime fitness' I have ever had the displeasure of using. They are never staffed, they will never answer your calls (I moved and attempted to call over 10 times in the span of a week), they have my account hostage because I could not pay the payment for my membership online through their ABC financial software which is also a nightmare to try and navigate. If you can find another gym in the area I would suggest that.

It is clean, and had the best public restroom area smell I have ever experienced. This location was nice and quiet when I came. The gym dimensions aren’t great which make the gym feel condensed. It, and the location look dated. Parking isn’t ideal.

Been here several years and truly like this gym. However here lately the equipment is getting in poor condition and seriously has me thinking of trying somewhere else after approximately 5-6 years of being a faithful member. Not downing the gym whatsoever but upgrades need to happen especially in free weights

I enjoy working out here. It is central to most things in town so one can hop into the gym while running errands at Rural King or the IGA. The showers are always clean. The equipment is always well maintained. Enjoy!

Really enjoy working out here!! I like a gym that’s not-so-crowded. So the early hours of the mornin are best for me. They have a wide variety of equipment, sparkly clean bathrooms and a tannin bed to use if you so choose. Awesome gym all the way around...

I've been with this gym for a few months now and have enjoyed my experience overall. The staff is very friendly and most of the time you don't have to wait at all to use a particular machine. Also they keep their bathrooms very clean as is the rest of the gym.

Smaller gym, but is in an extremely convenient location. High quality machines, treadmills and bikes. Fantastic free weight section. Fitness upon request kiosk and classroom is outstanding. 24/7 availability is excellent since I work a night job along with my workout partners.

I highly recommend this gym to anyone.

Oh, and the referral system is awesome. Refer someone and get a month for free... Can't really beat that.
