Don’t not waste your time with this gym. The manager don’t care about calls. I was so upset then as I’m talking to the manager he let him stay there who was given nvm just don’t go here.

Not a bad place. The reason for the 2 stars is because I went with a friend to see if I would want to get a membership. I'm a lifter so I use chalk when I do my power lifts. The staff got mad that we used chalk. It's a gym, why get mad. So it is a good place for just fitness, but any real lifting you need to go to Ultimate Fitness.

If you are reading this. DO NOT EXERCISE HERE. I had a 12 month contract with them, was never behind on payments. My contact has been over for 4 months now and they just took a random $45 out of my account. Ive called at least 20-25 times with a voicemail and I went up there for a week straight to speak with someone, but every time I go there, it isn’t anybody working. Terrible gym and definitely wouldn’t recommend giving your money to.

Apparently the only way to cancel a membership is to literally put a hold with your bank to prevent them from billing you. Very poor business practices that force me to always recommend any other gym to my friends.

My mother worked there for a time, and we also had a contract with them. Once the contract was up she tried to cancel out membership and they would not let us, even though we were out of term and the contract was up..

Turns out they will absolutely lie to you about when your contract ended, continue to charge you, and then refuse to cancel without you coming in for exit interviews and another sales pitch when you call it out. I'm a former employee and client and I absolutely do not recommend this gym.

This gym is not as nice as we thought it was. For the price you pay for membership the place is a little dirty and dusty. The treadmills always had layers of dust on them and people would write there name in the dust lol
We were no longer able to make it to the gym anymore because of work and tried to cancel with them. Then we figured out we had a 2 year contract with them and couldn't cancel. I had know idea there was a 2 year contract. They didn't seem to care to much about it and refused to cancel for us.
Now im stuck paying 128.00 for 18 months and we don't even use the gym.
