Never was very pleased with this gym. Member in good standing for just about 4 years. Service is lacking. I've turned off my membership a month ago and have been charged 3 times since then. I was expecting twice, but getting the additional Member enhancement fee is ridiculous. Not a good way to get my business back.

I have been a member there for over a year. After about 14 months of membership, they wanted to charge me another $56 to cancel . I have been a member there for over a year. Besides it’s too small to be a real gym anyway.. And if you want to get in shape for God sakes, don’t use the trainers there.

This is an updated review. I had been a member since 2018. The gym changed hands a few times. The management now is awful. I don't know who owns it. You don't feel welcomed anymore. It's all about spending money on trainers and challenges. The gym isn't kept clean and the equipment doesn't get fixed or replaced when broken. If you try to talk to someone they will just brush you off pretty much not wanting to deal with you. Very disappointing. I have recently cancelled my membership.

My mothers keycard through the app got blocked because i went inside to take a shit and left, they told my mom multiple people said i smelled like weed and was fighting with everyone, i went straight to the bathroom 20 feet from the entrance and when i got done i went straight out back to my car, if you have a key card and have to use the bathroom and your passing by and not to mention they have nice showers and i’d take showers but why do they not allow that if your paying for a full access gym that’s 24/7 access, i should be able to scan in and work out or hit the bag whenever i feel like it no matter how many times a day if thats what im paying for.

Do not waste your money here. Go to a different gym. The cleaning lady at Anytime Fitness in Lewisburg will follow you around the gym and harass you if you forget to clean even one piece of equipment. The manager refused to give me the gym owners contact info so I could further discuss this issue.

I love training here. It is a mix of folks, all at different levels so it's not intimidating. They have a lot of choices for cardio, a circuit to help you isolate and tons of free weights. The cable crossover and othee equipment is nice. They keep it very clean and everything is in working order.

One of the nicest gyms but no one is working. But none of the staff were there and there was even workers there to fix the sink and couldn’t get ahold of anyone but luckily someone opened the door from the inside for them. Also it was not only me but another lady there waiting to speak with a gym member/staff. I hope this gym could be there for their members next time and stick to there hours!

This is less a review and more of a warning to any potential gym-goers. This Anytime Fitness is a nice gym, but I find the management here to be incredibly dubious and dishonest. I had my doubts when I first re-entered under the new management, but after trying to end my membership here, I am certain that Chris and some of the other managers will go just a little too far to keep you paying.

I started my membership on January 24ish of 2021, and wanted to end it around September-November of 2021. I discovered I would have to finish out the whole 12 months, which is okay. Chris told me my term would end in January of 2022 sometime in November.

Well, it is the end of February now, and I discover that I'm still being charged bi-weekly. I text Chris asking for a refund on February and to have my term ended. Obviously, I have not been using this gym for several months now.

Apparently, there has been a "policy change" where I am automatically billed after my term ends and I will not be given a refund. Chris tells me my contract says this and, well, I've never been given a contract. He knew I wanted to cancel for months, and he only tells me this now? Very convenient.

I haven't even been able to cancel my membership! I have to drive down to Lewisburg from Murfreesboro to fill out a cancellation form, then it takes 30 days for it to process.

I looked through my email for updates on policy or a copy of my contract, but I could not find it. I had to call my bank and issue a "stop payment" on Anytime Fitness. Honestly, this is getting ridiculous. Me and some of my family are still working to resolve this so that I can receive a refund for February and finally cancel my membership.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. This place charged me so many fees after I was told by the owner herself that for medical issues I would not be charged to cancel. They are nothing but another money hungry corporation. They do not care about you as a person. Zero compassion. Run far away!

Very hard to cancel my membership. I’ve moved out of state, called during so-called “staffed hours,” emailed, and called the phone number, which can’t receive voicemails. I’ve called the 1-800 Anytime Fitness corporate phone number to cancel, and was informed that I have to use the local gym to cancel. Shouldn’t be this hard. We will never ever use Anytime Fitness again. Just sad to say how disappointed I am. Good customer service is so simple, yet so many drop the ball.
