I’ve been a member at Anytime Fitness in Milan for a few months now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The gym is always clean and well-organized, and I love that I can work out any time of day thanks to the 24/7 access. The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help—whether it’s answering questions or giving tips on my workout routine.
There’s a great mix of equipment, from free weights to machines and cardio gear, and I never have to wait long, even during busy hours. I also appreciate the welcoming, judgment-free atmosphere—people of all ages and fitness levels feel comfortable here.

The membership is misleading. Paid for a full year thinking I would get tanning but it's extra. The website and people at the location need to be more transparent about what all you actually get with membership. $30 a month for the tiny place is a bit much. The weights sticks, need to lubricate the cables. The wifi is extremely shady, doesn't work half the time so forget listening to your music instead you get to listen to people talk on their phone. It's so hot to the point it's miserable working out. They don't give refunds so be absolutely sure you want to be stuck with that place. I will however give a star for the private bathrooms, cleanliness of the facility and kind staff.

The bathrooms are private and always clean (including the showers). No problems out of other guests or staff thus far, and I don't expect any. Almost all of the cardio equipment has its own tv, and the music is usually upbeat & popular.

It's got a little bit of everything you'd expect. Staff members aren't so friendly, but most of the time they are avoidable and usually get there late. It gets the job done tho, and pricing isn't horrible.

Great atmosphere (at times). Great equipment. Terrible customer service. I signed up back 2 years ago. Apparently I signed a 2 year plan.. I definitely did not. I asked for a 1 year. I’ve dealt with anytime before. I gave them a second chance. I tried to cancel my membership last year this time and I was informed that I would have to pay a whole year cancellation fee and that it was extremely high. I told them I only signed a 1 year. Come to find out, my plan was written as 23 months and not 12. Definitely read over everything they try and write down. They’re only out to get more money from you. Oh and the main headquarters for anytime fitness is absolutely worthless. You cannot reach anyone and they do NOT want to help in any way. Especially if you are trying to cancel your membership.

If I could give this gym negatives i would.The gyms good ,but last month I told them to freeze my account for a month and they only did 2 weeks for me & my boyfriends 2 accounts.And now 2 weeks later they are charging me again! $160 I didn't have and if I did have it ,it wouldve went toward my car payment.
