Alex and the other coaches at APG are incredible. Their programming is intentional and they track and celebrate progress. My high school athletes love going and look forward to it each week. They truly believe that the coaches care about them and have become their biggest cheerleaders. We are confident that with the help of APG, my daughter will be fit and strong enough to compete at the D1 level for soccer, which she will be playing next year.

My daughter recently completed the three-month Nutrition Coaching Program through APG with Coach Emilee. The program focused on teaching how to fuel your body as an athlete. Emilee did a fantastic job at laying out the daily goals and provided expert guidance throughout, including recipes that we’ll make for a long time. She was not only knowledgeable but also approachable and genuinely invested in helping my athlete achieve her best. The results have been remarkable. Since starting the program, my daughter has noticed significant improvement in energy levels, endurance and overall performance.

I'll try to keep this short but I can't say enough good things about APG. I had done some research and made several calls trying to find the right fit for my daughter, and after speaking with APG I felt like this was the right place for my daughter. Alex and Shane create a fun yet challenging environment to push their athletes while teaching them proper technique in everything they do. The support for their athletes is amazing and most importantly my daughter loves training at APG. My daughter has become a much stronger and faster athlete as a result of her training with APG. APG has played a role in our daughter's success on the soccer field and we look forward to her continued growth as she prepares to play in college.

My son LOVES APG. Prior to this, he tried another facility that he felt was more generalized. He has settled on soccer being his sport and everybody at APG takes that into consideration to really push him into strengthening for his overall improvement. I like that they know him by name and keep him active in ways he wouldn't have a chance to be otherwise.

What a wonderful place for youth! Shane and Alex are both knowledgeable and know how to motivate and encourage young athletes to understand their bodies and how to protect and use them well. My rising middle school son started working with APG this summer, and after only a few sessions, he is remarking on the difference that form and mechanics make in movements he repeats in baseball. Alex and Shane have been absolutely phenomenal when it comes to my performance as an athlete. When I began working with them in the spring I was focused on improving my strength for my sport, golf. Since then I have made strength my primary focus, to which Alex and Shane have helped me adjust to meet my new goals. Without their help I wouldn’t have been able to progress at the speed I have this far. They also make sure that even though my focus is strength, I am still able to move like an athlete incorporating athletic movements like hang power cleans. Since working with them I have been able to average over 300 yards off the tee, bench over 275, and squat and deadlift over 365. Simply put, you are leaving gains in athleticism and strength on the table if you or your child isn’t participating in APG Strength and Conditioning.

Alex is an awesome coach! I have been following her APG programming for 2 years and I simply love it. She knows her stuff and now my two sons are being coached by her. The way she works with these kids and how much confidence they get from her class is amazing. These athletes not only get stronger and faster, but they learn the correct way of weight lifting, importance of stretching/ mobility, what food to eat to perform at their best. If your athlete wants to get better at any sport that they play then I would recommend Alex.
