Would not recommend this spot for a birthday party!! There were 3 employees who were supposed to be the best, and if that’s true, I’d hate to see what the other ones were like. They couldn’t be bothered to get off their phones long enough to speak to the children, (or adults) much less interact with them. NO group activities were even offered until the owner showed up! It’s a nice gym, but the staff and party planning could use a total makeover.

Absolutely love the home school class on Wed! The coaches are great with the kids and my youngest had already made new friends! They offer a "trial" class, to see if the child will like it. So call and check them out. Free class, you jave nothing to lose.

My daughter has been coming here for a year now. By far the cleanest and most organized gym in the tri cities with excellent instructor’s. The competition season has been a welcoming experience- it wasn’t until we switched gyms that my daughter started to excel.

I had a birthday party here for my daughter and it was the most awkward experience. As soon as we arrived not one person greeted my family or hardly even spoke to us the whole time.
