Love this gym. The staff is friendly, the machines are nicely maintained, and the facilities are clean. I haven’t been to many gyms but one thing I’ve noticed here is that the staff members regularly go around and clean the equipment which brings me some peace of mind (I still wipe down before and after use)

The facility is nice, but cancelation is is an ordeal. I cancelled online but they didn't cancel my account. Instead they sent an email with additional steps required to complete the cancellation. Unfortunately the email went into my spam folder and I didn't see it. Because of this they continued to draft my account without my knowledge for services that I was no longer using. When I figured it out, they required further payment to stop charging me for a service that I no longer wanted.

Started going here about 3 weeks ago to continue my PT after a knee replacement. Large selection of weight machines, free weights, treadmills, bicycles, steppers, etc. Friendly staff. Several tanning booths and hydro massage beds. Not crowded during hours when a lot of folks are in school or at work.

I loved this gym at first. The staff is awesome, but the amount of people compared to the amount of machines doesn't add up. I've literally got in arguments over people just sitting on the machines not using them while I'm trying to get my routine done. There is only 1 machine per for whatever exercise you need and on top of the massive crowds, you would think they could put more in. Not to mention the free weight second is constantly shoulder to shoulder with people. I had to cancel and now off to fund a bigger gym.

A tan and exercise at all the Mid south locations, With Collierville location being my favorite location today, I was approached as I was leaving stating that my children could not come inside with me. I took my 12 Year old into the room with me to tan so she did not have to wait in a hot car. This has not been a problem at any other location I have went to, the guy and the girl at the front was trying to have a confrontation I asked for the managers name and number they refused to give it to me and told me to go look it up on the website. This is not good customer service, will not be back at this location.

Pricy, but I love how it's not crowded, but some machinery only has one available. RECENT UPDATE, so I came in for first time on a guest pass with my friend, was told that after that day we can only come back as a guest after 90 days, so my concern is after 90 days I'd basically been done for a membership somewhere else which i had to. Why make someone wait 3 months to make sure this is the best place to feel safe and comfortable to work out and your place of business does not have enough equipment?

Just joined and seems ok. The equipment is decent and in good repair. Sometimes hard to get equipment because the gym etiquette seems to be lacking compared to gyms where serious lifters are. People in groups of two or three camp out on equipment all the time.

This is a great gym. The staff are always friendly and ready to answer questions. The equipment is fairly new and in great shape. There is plenty of equipment and of a great variety. The gym has plenty of room and patrons are respectful of one another. Air flow is good and the equipment is cleaned frequently. The monthly membership is a bargain. Give it a try. I think you will like it as your new gym.

Zero stars would be more accurate. The manager What a joke he is, as are the other 3 very strange male workers. They are rude and racist! This gym is for kids, run by kids (incompetent ones at that) the equipment itself is ok but dirty. The bathrooms are the same, shower takes forever for hot water. If you are above the age of 17 find a real gym this place is crawling with kids on their phones not paying attention to customers and other kids hogging machines not even using them just sitting around texting. I had to wait on two kids to move from the machine they was, in their words “ just chilling on” for 20 minutes. Staff doesn’t care they all know each other. This place is just pitiful I’ve tried 5 different locations they are all TERRIBLE! I switched to Esporta and the difference is remarkable! Nice clean gym without people just hanging around playing on machines, friendly staff always! Clean gym, clean showers and bathrooms. Plus they offer so much more! Trainers, classes, a pool, a sauna and best of all piece of mind to workout in PEACE. Do not waste your time or money at ATC any of them!

I had a Senior male employee try to come into one of the massage chair rooms with me. The employee's name is David. Bishop made excuses for David’s misconduct towards me. When, I asked Bishop face to face if that Senior employee's name is David. Bishop told me no. Some of the male employees will lie. I had other negative experiences with David. There is video proof of these situations. When, I emailed the owner of ATC. He refused to look at the videos that proves this happened..

There is also another Senior employee who wears a leg brace. He would get on the treadmill next to me to "clean." Or spend a lot of time behind me "cleaning." When I said something to this employee, he said, "I am just trying to do my job." Yeah, right. How many times has he used that line. This employee wouldn't be anywhere near the treadmills until I got on a treadmill to walk.

Also, Bishop, David and the Senior employee with the leg brace decided to concern themselves over a broken treadmill next to a treadmill that I was walking on another day. Again, none of the employees were concerned about the broken treadmill until I got on the treadmill next to it. These men lie! The owner over ATC will also lie and make sorry excuses for his male employees harassment towards women.

I’m very satisfied with this gym. It’s not a Lifetime Fitness and I LOVE that. Everyone is serious about their workouts, it’s fully equipped, clean, and very helpful staff. I enjoy the 24 hours access and spaciousness.

Sign up was super easy. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. Machines are new and everything I used worked great. The instructions on the machines are still clean and easy to read. Plenty of wipes or towels for cleaning off equipment. I like that the staff will walk through the gym every few minutes just to make sure everything is running smooth. Open around the clock which is awesome but the best thing is the low cost membership.

If you just want a gym that has a bunch of machines and equipment to use without the high price tag you found it. I've been to the big, expensive, crowded gym and I prefer ATC.

A great local gym chain! Plenty equipment and it's always clean. It is a little cozy at times. There are tanning beds and hydro-massage tables. AND THE BEST THING IS THERE IS NO CONTRACT!!!! I just signed up at ATC. The gym has nice quality newer equipment. It is well organized and well maintained. My regular gym is not open and doesn’t appear to be opening anytime soon so I’m very thankful that I have a nice gym to still workout and not get so out of shape. They check your temp at the door which is nice. I am concerned that most people are not wearing mask but I will limit my exposure as much as possible by not going everyday and cleaning my hands before and after my workout. The staff is very professional and friendly and helpful. It does get a little busy mid afternoon but I try to go earlier if I can. The rate is reasonable and signing up was fairly easy.

There is a lingering smell of ammonia and sulfur, especially when you first walk in. They keep the gym clean for the most part, but there isn't alot of diversity in regards to equipment. Especially during peak hours, there tends to be a wait on most machines, and the weights section is often over-crowded. There also isn't a section for stretching and floor work. Before moving to Collierville, I went to Planet Fitness, which I felt like was a much better value for the money. When I move, I will definitely be canceling my membership.

I went there to the Collierville loc to check it out with a friend who goes there when she has time. The staff was very friendly. They seem set up nice for cardio and free weigh training. It was clean and had an open air feeling. For me the one perk to work out with my friend (which is a BIG plus) has several other downs. It doesnt have a pool..which is #1 to me since I have RA and need to look for some gentle way to work out. Plus it's further than the YMCA which is where I was looking at going. Today in fact I got notice July 1..the Y will give 50% off. But ATC looked great.

I've been going here for a couple years and it is a place to get the job done. The tanning beds work fine and the staff are excellent. The reason for the minus 1 star is because recently it has become very over-crowded. Too many people and it gets really hot in their. For me, it feels like it gets hard to breathe. Other than this issue I do like the place and I plan to start going back now that I have settled into my new apartment and new job. The price is reasonable, but if you are looking for extreme amenities then you should look at the YMCA or Lifetime. Lifetime is for the wealthy though. The YMCA and Lifetime offer more amenities than most people will use and as such you would be wasting your money if you only want to work out. This is a great location and has plenty of place to eat at. The only thing missing is a place to get protein smoothies.

Convenient and affordable. I signed up a couple of years ago and canceled after a few months. It was easy to cancel and they didn't continue to charge my CC like gyms have a habit of doing.

They also made it super easy to restart my membership. It literally took about 6 minutes from the time I walked in until the time I walked out.

The only downside is that their free weight area is smallish. There is dedicated space to deadlift or do olympic lifts. There is only one squat rack. I never go during peak times as I would spend more time waiting on equipment than working out. Early in the morning it isn't a problem though.

The place is always clean everything is always in working order. I've never needed the staff but they always seem friendly.
