The facility is clean and convenient. The staff is friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is when they run out of paper towels it’s irritating when we cannot clean the machines after use. The towels that were a temporary replacement is unsanitary. I also wish they would resolve the phone app check in issue. I get anxiety just thinking about walking up to the door to get into the facility.

This is one of the worst locations I have ever been to the employees completely lie about what comes with the subscription And I was refused the guest pass That I am required to get honestly its not worth the price and the frustration that I go Through especially because I am going to the gym to be stress-free And I brought my 11-year-old and 13-year-old Brothers so they can build good habits and they refuse them And told them they couldn’t come back anymore and the only way they could enter is if they have a membership

Not a bad gym, especially for the money. There is a lot of room dedicated to various cardio and strength machines, plus a weight area. Staff and members alike are generally respectful. I've never had to wait for a treadmill or elliptical. I mainly just wanted a place to come and sweat since there's not a good spot at my home.

The only downside is that it is a little small. Since most of the room is taken with machines, there isn't a lot of room for mat exercises or your own calisthenics. If there are more than 2 people in that area, it can be a bit crowded. At this time, it's only happened once where I didn't have room to use a mat, but it would be nice if there was a little more room in this area.

The whole gym is generally clean. The showers are usable, although one door doesn't latch shut in the men's locker room. The large shower has great water pressure but doesn't drain well.

All in all, a decent place to work out.

Ok I enjoy workin out at home are in the gym.
Workout equipment cost a lot of money I know by experience in building my own gym at home. My problem is when I see young men abusing the equipment for instance, using the cable machine and letting the weights slammed together. My personal view on this is they have no respect for the equipment and they should be asked to leave or stop abusing the equipment. I do not know who the manager or staff is at that location there was staff present when this was going on, and he ignored it not a good thing.

Not my favorite ATC to go to, but that doesn't mean it's bad. Staff is relatively friendly and the atmosphere is good. Kind of smaller compared to ATCs such as the one in Arlington, but there is still plenty of room.

In a gym!? I’ve lived in multiple places and went to dozens of gyms for over 10 years. From LA Fitness, Planet Fitness, Golds, YMCA, College facilities…even local apartment complex facilities. And I have never been laying down doing an ab workout and have a giant roach crawl past my feet. This is absolutely absurd… I would of told someone to spray and maybe hire a exterminator, but of course staffed hours end at 10:00 and well it was 10:15pm. I had never heard of ATC before moving to TN and this is definitely not a good sign. Sucks this is the only gym in Oakland. Don’t want to come to the gym and go back home with cousins. I expect to receive a call to discuss this tomorrow 9/1 and know what will be done to rectify the uncleanliness of the gym.

I attend the ATC facility in Oakland. First off I want to say how glad I am to be back at the gym. I appreciate the ATC staff and management for making that happen. I would like to add that the staff at the ATC facility in Oakland is the best there is. From the managers Taylor and Chris, to the everyday staff that works there day in and day out, they are all Outstanding in their service and dedication to those of us that come there to workout. Called to ask about getting a day pass, was informed they were unable to issue them right now but that if I came in and signed up for a membership they would waive the yearly fee so that I would only have to pay $15. After driving 30 minutes out of my way the following day I was told they would not be able to do that and there was nothing they could do to help me. Waste of time.

The music is too loud. The office said it could not be turned down. It was blasting even through my headset. I want to listen to my own music. Besides the music they play is sometimes raunchy.  Just not interested in being there because of that, so I dropped my membership. However, It is a good, functional fitness gym. No frills, just the necessary equipment for a good workout.

The facilities are fine, and they were very clean. As a caveat, when you are trying to cancel a membership you cannot just do it at the location. Instead you have to go through some other company. You can tell them at the location that you would like to cancel it and they will refer you to this company with your agreement number. This would be okay if the company would have replied to my emails or answered my calls. When I got charged for the monthly fee, I called my bank and had to put a stop payment order for ATC. Maybe they have changed things in the last few months, but I just think it’s a bit unnecessary that I had to go through through that different company just to cancel my membership.
