I work in Atoka sometimes. I had the privilege of visiting this gym in between appointments. I will be back most certainly. Great equipment and super friendly - and encouraging - staff. Love places like this!

Great place to work out. Staff is really friendly. The only complaint that I have is that if you intend to lift with any amount of seriousness, there is only one squat rack and you might have to visit several times per day on your leg day to look for an opening where little kids aren't using it to do incline bench in or anything except squatting in. Also, you'll never get a cable in edge wise. These kids will definitely take all of them all the time to do whatever they saw on YouTube.

I was a member of ATC gym almost 15 year's. Been to many of them .last one was atc in Brighton Tennessee. New manager weak his new young gal that was hired extremely rude luv to degrade people with piercings and tattoos I don't like that at all she was caught at it manager done nothing turn in to CEO by my husband. Decided to find me another gym so far luv Atoka fitness center. Very nice staff π friendly out going people there sometimes life all about changes stay with this gym till we move to Jacksonville Florida .want respect ? Give respect !!

So apparently as long as anyone has a debit or credit card number whether it belongs to them or not or if they are a minor, they can go online and set up an account no verification needed. And when I called the billing to get my money refunded and to take card out of the system that it didn't belong to that person, I was told that they cannot do that because the fitness account was not in my name.....so even though the fitness account was not in my name BUT THE CARD PAYING FOR IT WAS, I couldn't do anything about it.....well I ended up calling my bank and changing it and blocking any payment to them again, I am still out that $20! Bad call AFC do better! You should request ID for the credit and debit cards people use! You should make sure and implement better security for the credit card holders as well as learn that minors cannot enter into a contract without a parental consent signature.

You get a lot of convenience with 24/7 access. It would see more spruced up if it was a corporation, but for a small town gym it is nice. Know you are supporting a local family.

I have been pleased with the facility thus far. Joined at the end of May, and I like that classes and child care are included in the membership. My son wouldn't stop crying in the child care room and the Zumba instructor got him out and allowed him to participate in the class with me!
