I came from another gym. I didn’t know how BFT’s program would be. After several months, the coaches and program have provided a great experience.
Not only have I found a great gym, I found a great community too. Not only are the coaches friendly, the other members are too. Other social events organized by the gym have also given me opportunities to make really good friends.

I recommend Body Fitness Training to anyone willing to give it a try.

BFT has been apart of my fitness journey since the soft opening! The different types of workouts can be challenging yet incredibly rewarding. The coaches are incredibly motivating and provide personalized guidance throughout each class.

What sets BFT apart is the atmosphere. The class sizes allow for more individualized attention and a strong sense of community. If you're looking for a fun, effective, and motivating workout experience, I highly recommend BFT.

I recently retired from the military, I was accustomed to working out five days a week. I went by BFT (Brentwood) and I was a skeptical about a gym using fancy heart rate monitors. I have worked out there for about six months and I really enjoy the heart rate monitor, the classes are small enough it feels like having a personal trainer but you still get the comradery of the group workout. BFT is a great work out for any level of fitness.
If you are thinking you want to wait and drop weight or get in-shape before you start BFT; you are wrong, BFT is so supportive they will help motivate you to reach your goals.

Highly recommend. The coaches and other members were friendly and receptive the moment I walked in. Clean, well lit, exciting workout space. Knowledgeable coaches that provide guidance where you need it and give you space where you don’t. The workout programming has massive variety - it’s highly athletic but presented in a way anyone can do. They even have heart rate monitors to wear through the workout that help you move at the best pace for your growth and recovery. The movements are demonstrated on screens so if you forget what you’re doing you always have a visual. I think anyone who committed to attending a program here would achieve obvious gains in health and mobility.

Best workout ever! I love all forms of exercise and have tried every class there is. But Body Fit Training has all the variety in one place. The workouts are so much fun, with unique moves and quick bursts. It’s perfect for someone who doesn’t enjoy running but wants a full cardio experience. And the strength training is excellent. I have officially completed 55 classes at BFT and I can’t wait to keep on going! I enjoy that every 9 weeks there is a new “program” we go through with many unique classes! The science within the workout and the personal training-type group workout is what really drew me in, but it’s the coaches and the classmates that keep me coming! Every class there are heart rate zones you try to hit and maintain to keep you at the appropriate level to get the best out of your workout and all the while you are surrounded by people who are encouraging you, high fiving and pushing you to meet your goals! There’s a wide variety of ages and fitness levels. Even the people with a lot of experience are learning different tricks to the trade and ways to improve with having a personal trainer by their side and it’s given beginners the confidence in the movements!

I highly suggest this gym! You won’t regret trying! :)

I was introduced to BFT through a friend and I tried the free class and then I did a couple more classes then I became a member. I’ve done both morning and late afternoon classes, always a good turnout. From the owner Mark down to the GM Jordan, coaches CJ, Tristan, TJ and associates, the atmosphere is friendly, thorough and encouraging along with a great music selection. The gym is always clean, I love the heart monitor tracker as well and they modify the workouts as needed per individual. BFT staff have your best interest heart and are rooting for your success/transformation. They have a Evolt machine which scans the body and it gave me the necessary breakdown on my body composition and recommendations. I look forward to my progression over time and I cannot wait to post the after results! :)

Mark and the team at BFT Brentwood are amazing. They get to know the members and call you by name. They are super helpful and encouraging during workouts, so you don’t have to be a professional gym rat. You just need to be ready to sweat! I would definitely recommend BFT Brentwood if you are looking for a gym. Not your typical gym experience. They rank well above other gyms.
