I’d like to start this review by saying that Bill is a trainer that first of all takes care of himself spiritually, mentally and physically. I would have no desire to have someone lead me in those areas if I did not witness the said person taking care of themselves in those areas.
Bill is a friend of mine. He mentally clocks in when training me, giving me an excellent coach and leader inside the hour of training 3x a week. He encourages me when I lift and he helps me reach and pass my goals. He does all of this while protecting me from injury and he sets a pace to help me get exactly what I need in my workout.
I have tried trainers in the past and I didn’t realize what I was missing. Bill is a blessing in my life and I can confidently say that I will reach the challenging goal that I made with his help, knowledge, example and his encouraging push.

If you’re like me, choosing a trainer isn’t easy, especially if you haven’t worked out in a long time. Finding Bill to train with was truly a blessing. He understood where I was in my fitness journey and where I wanted to go. He never made me feel uncomfortable or discouraged.
