I love this local family owned gym! The membership prices are reasonable with no contract and you have 24/7 access with a key fob. The staff members are positive and helpful and to me, it feels welcoming and safe. There is a variety of cardio equipment, weights and weight machines, along with classes. I highly recommend Bodies N Motion Fitness Center!

I have had my membership for several months and just never made myself go ,it was given to me as a get in shape bonus from my Employer I was going to the gym for my first time and ,looking from the outside to the inside I think its deserving of a full 5 star mark .Not anyones fault thst my door badge wasn't working,Thank yTCou

I absolutely love BNM but what made it not have 5 stars is the lack of assistance machines. I'd love it If they had machines people that cant do the normal routine can still get on so they can continue training. Other than that it's great. This is a gym where you go to work at. it's not flashy, it's not in your face. you go there to work and everyone there is too. so if you're looking for a genuine gym that is simple yet functional? this is it. but if youd like a gym with more options then I recommend somewhere else because BNM is straight to the point and its truly an old school style gym. you get a muscle pump then go home to eat chicken and rice. I love it truly and if you want to simply train and become a better you then you just found your new haven. they offer a fair amount of cardio equipment as well.

This gym is GREAT! It is the only gym in the area that I always feel comfortable and welcomed in. Most gyms are intimidating, but this one feels like home. The 24 hour access, classes, child care and all the other stuff they offer is just wonderful. I love that it is locally owned and has been in business for many many years.
