For my needs this gym fits very nice, a lot of equipment, a lot of weights, the dumbbells reach 150 pounds, everything that I need is there. Also they are adding new equipment, I totally recommend this place.

Aside from the gym being dirty, and the men's sauna being filthy and stinking, be aware that Body Shop Athletic Club has stringent contractual terms and will refuse your cancellation for months, requiring you to pay.

Great gym. LOTS of floor space so there is TONS of equipment and lots of elbow room. Lots of racks so no waiting. Huge variety of machines. One room dedicated to Dead Lifts with a foot operated lift to put the weights on. Sauna! Standard lockers, showers, etc. Serious gym. Highly recommended for all levels. Got some big boys in there, ladies and elderly. Everyone welcome. Good price too. Right in the front door of the union hall.

Member for 1.5 yrs . I'm a big fan of this place. It's always clean. The Staff is friendly. And the machines are always very well cared for. Wish the sauna was bigger. Thats my only "complaint".

Staff gatekeeps the better equipment in back room for only the people they know or like to use, don’t put your keys in the locker room as there has been a car stolen from the parking lot!! If I could give 0 stars I would. The only thing that makes this gym worth going Is the basketball court.

Such a pleasant experience! First day in and the two guys working gave me a tour, their system was down when I wanted to sign up but they worked with me and offered me a day pass so I can check out the space since I couldn't sign up.

Since then the gym is busy but there is a ton of space to get a workout in and I love that someone is always working there. I was at Anytime Fitness but this place beats them for a ton of reasons.

PHENOMENAL gym! Incredibly spacious, yet has a ton of equipment for different goals you may have in your workout. The whole gym is clean and doesn't cost you a limb! Not to mention that the staff are all friendly and devoted to the cause. Really nice that they have a basketball court and track loop too. All in all, I highly recommend this place.

My experience was great, but I really wish that they were open 24 hours. Also I would love to see a better Tanning bed or stand up, and also a steam room would be wonderful!!! I also think that it would bring so much more memberships to the gym.
