I’ve had just about every teacher and everyone has been so delightful and encouraging to be around. Very thorough and instruct you throughout. The variety of classes and loving energy of the instructors is very fulfilling! And the prices are great. Bethany has always got in touch and helped me with any questions I’ve needed very quickly also. I’ve got 3 friends also joining soon. I’ve never seen any one be judgmental or snarky in the classes so far either. No one wants the stare down. Lol. Kuddos

Similar experience to another.. drove 20 min but hit traffic.. 5 min late and the door was locked. If you can’t be early don’t bother, you’ll be locked out

Passing through town and wanted to drop into the 9am class. Showed up 5 min before class and the door is locked and all the lights off. Nice waste of my time this morning.

Practice was extraordinary this morning! I appreciate how they incorporated teaching and breath into the asana so seamlessly. This studio has a wonderful feel.

I have recently purchased the Intro Offer. $40 for 30 days of unlimited classes. This is such an amazing deal. Especially if you’re new and want to try it out and find out what works best for you. The staff is so friendly and kind. My first class I expressed this was my first yoga class ever and they made me feel so comfortable. My nerves went away. The building is very nice. If you’re wanting to try yoga, I highly recommend Bristol Yoga.

Bristol Yoga helped me RESET my body. After finding out that I had type 2 diabetes I realized I was not only not moving enough (from my job in the IT world) but that I was getting so tight in the upper and lower parts of my body that it was causing neuropathy and pain. I signed up for the monthly UNLIMITED classes BAH BAM! Pain went away bloodwork got measurably better (Hot Yoga) and my body started to loosen up. Girlfriend loved the results....if you know what I mean. Funny how flexibility helps A LOT of things!!! The point is Yoga changed my life for the better. My old football injuries abated. It was the amazing stretching I learned that corrected that. Yoga was actually invented by men not women. (It's true but they don't like admitting it.) The facts are "Real Men Do Eat Quiche," can wear Pink without loosing an ounce of masculinity and without doubt should "at least" try YOGA. A great place to start is BRISTOL YOGA. If you are a man as I am, get over whatever aversion to Yoga you have and move your "arse." Try yoga for a month it will be the best decision you have made this year. As for you women, well you already know the scoop on that!

I need the opportunity for meditation that Bristol Yoga offers. Thank you! You open a door, helping me be a better person and most importantly helping me love myself better. Be sure to ask about meditation if interested. Also, the yoga I have enjoyed is super wonderful. Thank you all for being there!

Just moved to Bristol and started classes here. The instructors have been so welcoming and great. The studio space is modern and fresh. This little gem rivals the boutique studios I've been to in the past in bigger cities. Definitely come.
