Burn Boot Camp in Collierville, TN features a constantly-changing mix of cardio, HIIT, and strength training so you never get the same workout twice. Our Members enjoy access to unlimited 45-minute workouts produced by top Trainers, designed to engage your full body and deliver complete body change. Each workout takes place on our signature Floating Floor that helps produce results for every fitness level. As a gym designed for busy lifestyles, we offer free Childwatch at every location, personal meetings with trainers, and a universal membership that allows our Members to visit any gym without drop-in fees. Burn Boot Camp is an AWESOME place to start if you’re just starting an exercise program or have had a consistent one in place.
I’m a grandparent & I just want to be active with them outside or sit in the floor playing without losing my breath or hurting. The instructors have been overly accommodating to me for being new to a consistent exercise program. When I finish at noon, I have so much more energy, my joint pain is gone & I just, overall, feel better.
45 mins a class & you’re done for the day. But, you have more energy which allows you to get other things done.
Burn Boot Camp is the best place to start!!!

I had heard about Burn Boot Camp for years through friends and social media but had always been intimidated by the workouts. However, when my cycling gym closed I decided to give it a try. I am so thankful I did it! The classes are challenging but in a way that makes you feel strong and confident after every class. Also, everyone is so welcoming and encouraging. I’m so excited to continue my BBC journey and grow stronger!

I’ve been a member of Burn for 5 years. I am still challenged with each workout even after 5 years. The trainers are top notch, pushing you to do your personal best with each exercise. They will come and hand you heavier weights to mod up or give you an alternative exercise if you have an injury or are pregnant. My kids love to play in the free childcare room. The workers in there welcome every child with a smile on their face. You will not be disappointed in this gym. Give Burn COLLIERVILLE a try!

I spent nearly 35 years thinking I did not like working out. After giving Burn a try (due to the persistent nagging of two of my best friends), I found out that was simply not true. Everything that Burn is about is why it works for me. The community is unmatched, the trainers are so encouraging, and I have never felt out of place. It really is a gym for everyone!

Burn is absolutely the best! From the trainers, to the community, the child care, the workouts, and the encouragement day in and day out. The trainers love their people and give their all to make sure everyone is in right form and doing what they need to do to meet their goals. If you’re looking for a gym that has classes all day, one-on-one training in a group setting, individualized meetings, free childcare, monthly fun events, modifications for injuries and life changes, and different workouts every day, then Burn Boot Camp is your place!
If you want to work out on equipment alone in the middle of the night without any help or accountability, then go somewhere else. It is the BEST place to push yourself safely and have that accountability. I am a few months postpartum but I have been going every day—it is not too difficult or to simple for anyone.

I have only been going to burn for just over two weeks and I already love it! Everyone is so encouraging and I never feel judged for my size or ability level. The trainers kick my butt on a daily basis, but do it with love and encouragement, and you don’t find that everywhere.

I have always been a runner and not into group fitness classes, however my motivation for running has waned as of late. My daughter was home from college in December and we did the two week trial together. We both loved the classes and I signed up for a year. I love that I don't have to sign up for a specific class ahead of time. Another great benefit of membership is that when I travel I can go to other Burn locations for no extra cost. I have been to Chapel Hill, NC and Stuart, FL. It's great to get the workouts in on the road! The instructors are quick to correct my form when it is wrong, hand me a heavier weight if they think I am not challenging myself, and always upbeat & motivational. I am so glad i tried it and always look forward to what the next workout will be!

Burn is them most motivating, inspiring gym I have belonged to. I love that the camps are 45 minutes so I can easily fit it into my schedule but in that time, I also get the best workouts I’ve ever had. I’m constantly being challenged and am able to reach goals I didn’t even know I had until the knowledgeable, fun and motivating trainers helped teach and push me. Free childcare for most camp times is a huge bonus!!
