I recently moved here & wasn’t sure which gym to choose. This gym is so warm & welcoming. It’s really nice to have all the workouts planned out for you daily. Chelsea the training is FANTASTIC she is always looking to see who is struggling to help modify, she's patient and kind, never judgemental. Every work out is 45 mins but each one goes so fast which I love. The variety is great, music is good, and the workouts are designed to push you. But the workouts are also easily adaptable to your abilities. Chelsea has great energy and personality, she is an awesome trainer!

and January 2019 and I haven't regretted my decision for a second!
I love that the workouts are always different. You'll never get bored here! There are fantastic cardio workouts as well as strength training. Christen and Mikey (trainers) are great about helping you learn proper form to prevent injury and about helping you push yourself to get stronger. They're also very helpful with making modifications for medical reasons.
Focus meetings (one on one meetings with a trainer to talk about your goals and help you keep on track) have been very helpful to me. I have learned so much more about healthy eating than I knew before joining Burn.
Last, but not least, this has been a great social outlet for me. It's been wonderful to be able to drop my daughter off in child care and have a chance to workout AND get to know so many great people! There are so many encouraging women (and a few men too 😁) here to enjoy the journey with!

"If I could do it by myself, it would have already been done." Burn is a gym that has transformed my way of thinking and working out over the last year. I was never a "cardio queen", I had worked out with a personal trainer in the past, but I had always fallen into routines that didn't show results, and I was never taught the proper way to fuel my body to succeed. All of that changed when I started Burn. Was I scared? You betcha. But if something doesn't challenge you, it's probably not going to change you. I have been lead by Christen and Kelly (our trainers) to do things that I never thought possible. Our bodies are capable of so much more than we think and when someone is behind that microphone counting down and saying "you can do it", "don't stop", "1 more rep", you start to believe you can do those things too. The community of women (and men) that are apart of this gym really set it apart from others. You will be motivated to grab that heavier weight because you see a friend can, you will get a high five from people from station to station even if you are tired and ready to quit, and we will all work together to cheer on that last group of runners, or pushups, or squats, because without each other we can't grow stronger. I wasn't doing everything perfect on my first day and I'm still not doing everything perfect a year later, however Burn has given me the confidence to believe in my body and in my strength to make me a happier, healthier, and more fit person. Try it and you won't regret it, I promise!

I LOVE BURN BOOT CAMP! I have always been active but wanted something different... I did a trial at BBC and loved that every camp was different and it pushed me to do new things and things I never dreamed I could do! I also felt like the camps were way more efficient and provided me with better results than what I was doing on my own. I became a member and truly look forward to my time at BBC. If you have decided that you need a change in your life, that you want to do something healthy and good for yourself, then BurnMJ is where you need to be! It will be 3 years in June that I started with BurnBootCamp and it is a part of my life I can not imagine not having in it. I suffer with PCOS and had gotten really down on myself and my body. I felt defeated, but I knew I needed to better my health for myself and my family. Christen is the owner and head trainer here and she is amazing! She will be your #1 cheerleader in helping you reach your goals but she will not sugar coat it or act like your best friend! She will be tough on you because she knows you have it in you. That is another reason I loved burn. I could not push myself to the intensity I needed to by myself. I actually had a personal trainer for a while and would still attend the free co-ed camps on Saturday before I official joined. When talking to my husband I told him I got way more out of burn than I did with an individual trainer, plus for a lot less money. If I have have to miss a camp, I truly feel like I have missed out. I am a special ed teacher with a very stressful and demanding job. Burn is my release! Its healthy and a lot less than therapy or hospital bills 🙌🏼. Not to mention all the friendly faces cheering you on and helping you believe in yourself is powerful. Give burn 14 days!! It will be the best decision you will make. 💙

My wife is too nice to leave this review so this is from a loving husband’s standpoint.
My wife loved Burn initially. What she loved and still loves most is the community of strong women who attend the classes. It is one of the best groups of women I have ever been privileged to spend time with. My wife even volunteered her time as a FMA for Christen with no pay and no discount (this is how committed she was). The only problem is the trainer who is also now owner Christen. It has gotten so bad that we are attending another gym which leaves a huge hole in my wife’s heart. Christen is prideful and demeaning. She doesn’t seem to understand her core group of clients which are mothers who are working hard to balance everything life can throw at them.
Christen does put up a good workout...but so do the other millions of trainers in the world and they can do it without disrespecting their clients.

Loooord mercy!!!!!!!!! is all I can say!!!! Very intense workout, I can't even walk today. Hardest workout I've ever done, and I loved it!!!!! The class was very supportive and the trainer was great! I am deft sticking to it!

I've been going to Burn MJ for over a year and I still love it. No two days are the same and each day is a challenge! They offer plenty of camp times to suit everyone and even offer child watch...brilliant. The head trainer, Christen, is a tough nugget with a heart of gold. She will help you along your journey and push you to make positive changes in and out of the gym. The community of ladies (and even a few gents!) has impacted my life so positively that I would recommend this place to anyone who asked. :)

This is an Awesome workout. Christen doesn't mess around. She makes you work to get results and you're pushing yourself for a duration of time rather than a set of reps. So it never gets easier :-)

LIVID doesn't even begin to describe it! Went to pick up Gia from childcare at my boot camp and she wasn't in the room and they didn't know where she was. They let her run out of the room and she was running around the gym! There are doors open to the outside, people going in and out, a huge fan she could have put her hand in and other equipment she could have gotten hurt on. Anyone could have snatched her! And when I went in after most everyone was gone to talk to them about it, they got an attitude and told me it was my fault!!!! Worst childcare situation I have ever seen! This is my child! I trusted you with her life and this is how you want to act?! Are you kidding me?! Needless to say, I will NOT BE RETURNING! There goes my $ and getting to work out! I'm so angry I'm in tears! That was the scariest feeling in the world to walk in and they don't have your kid and don't even know who she is!!!! Parents, be ware of places who don't have a good check in/out process! I'm so thankful she is unharmed! Never again though! Worst customer care I have ever dealt with! Love love love Burn Boot Camp!! I needed to take my work out to the next level and I have found the place! BBC pushes your hard everyday and no workout is the same. In just 4 weeks I have lost body fat and inches but most importantly I have found strength and endurance that I did not know existed! Everyone is like family and helps motivate you each day. Christen Jackson is a wonderful trainer and knows how to get the most out of you and pushes you to be stronger and try harder each time! Give it a try, you will not regret it!

Even after a long day at my job, I look forward to my Burn Boot Camp workouts. The atmosphere is very positive and it makes me feel like I can accomplish things I never thought I could. I've been sore in places I've never been sore before. But in a good way. And my numbers on the scale are starting to go down too. After just two weeks, friends have also commented about how my clothes fit looser.

Burn Boot Camp Mt Juliet is awesome. Christen is so passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals, and is extremely motivating and helpful. Christen is amazing! She motivates without being mean or intimidating. She obviously loves what she does and it shows. If you want a serious workout that pushes you to your limit, come try it out. Plus it's all women and no scary gym equipment. They even have childcare at certain times. It just opened and they have a great 30 day trial for $30.
