Really nice complex. Used the gym and pool. Pool was set up 25yds but I do believe it switches to 50m on Mondays. They have a google calendar that is up to date. Locker rooms and clean, pool is clean. Locks are all over the place for accurate time management within sets. Gym was just across the parking lot. Not a very large space. However everything that one would need. A+ find and would go back for sure

Friendly staff, but as soon as I walked in everyone kept staring at me, yes I’m kind of unique but wow, the whole gym.

I felt somewhat discriminated against. My visited was a year ago, I only went that one time, and that was it. if you’re white it’s a great place for you, if you’re any other ethnicity then don’t go. 🙅🏼‍♂️

It’s probably because it’s west Nashville and they considered themselves high in class.

Even though the parking lot was nearly full, as soon as I walked inside, the experience was seamless. A super kind staff member immediately helped me out and walked me through exactly where to find the pickleball courts. The whole place was spotless—clean, organized, and clearly well taken care of. You can tell the staff genuinely care and take pride in the space. Great energy, great people, and overall a really smooth visit. I’ll definitely be back!

Well-appointed municipal facility. All of thebofferings are maintained and pickleball court rwservations are great! I would say two misses here are that reaching someone via phone is often difficult and an online reservation system should be built out quickly. Also, that on the high-traffic pickleball courts there is a high need for dividers between the courts. This is not an expensive investment for the ROI; short fences, tensioned tarps material, there are several reasonable options that would make game play much improved.

Not enough parking. During iceskating competition, there was loud music coming from the boys locker room, which interrupted the skating music. The whole ice rinks and bleachers seemed old and rundown. Disappointing for a major city.

Just went ice skating with my little church group here and ice skating is insanely hard but this place is insanely huge and it has a lot of activities I don't know what else they have other than swimming and ice skating but if you want to play hockey with your friends or if you have an event or a tournament I highly recommend coming here it is out the roof insane and it is absolutely fantastic and also haha if you want to challenge some people to a hockey match or swimming or anything you have some debates you want to settle you bring the fire here and we'll see who wants that smoke more

Bathrooms between rink A&B smell awful. If I wanted to smell the dead fish in the ocean I would’ve just gone there. The bleacher seats are nasty in the rink area and the vending machines do not work, but don’t worry you can get that little box of popcorn for $3

Paid and played on court #8 outdoors. It was in a very sad condition: cracks, holes, dead spots, bad bounces, dirt on the surface. I have been playing at CS since ca. 1990, and have not seen it in a worse condition since. I am so glad I did not bring out of town guests to play, as it would be an embarrassment for me and the City of Nashville. Indoor courts are better, but dirty and stained. Staff is friendly, but it has been very difficult to get anyone to answer the phone over the last few years.

Centennial feels like a small town community gym, despite being in the center of Nashville. The staff and instructors are so friendly, the gym is always clean (and has a ton of natural light, which is a big deal for someone who prefers to exercise outside if possible). The locker rooms haven't been updated in a while (particularly at the pool), but it's overall a great place to workout.

When to watch swimming competition and found the bleachers impossible to navigate. The steps are unusually steep and no railings at all, so definitely not handicapped accessible. People milled about on the walkway and stood at the perimeter which makes watching swimming competition difficult and the restrooms near the skating rink were just dirty. It seems to have a diversity of sports to offer but I wouldn't pay to go there.

It's a little dark and dated, in there. I guess the ice rinks are, fine. My grandson plays ice hockey there. I've been there a couple of times. I have concerns for my husband because it seems musty in the waiting area. I fear there may be mold in the carpet. He cannot smell is allergic to mold.

USER BEWARE!! This is a no FUN no nonsense facility. The front desk check in staff are continuously non helpful with long lasting attitudes as if we, the customer are the biggest burden of their work lives. If you are here to play open play pickleball prepare to be treated like cattle and wait outside for an hour in order to get a spot. Heaven forbid if you want to sit inside on the bench out of the elements. Beautiful facility and overall offerings , it’s a shame that a few peoples decisions are ruining it for the rest of us. Please become the best facility we know you strive to be.

Went to watch a beer league game. Lots of people all ages coming and going. Mostly hockey players, although they have a huge pool in there too. Multiple buildings, but we just went in the first rink. Clean place, peranis hockey shop inside too. Open at 9pm on a Friday night! Big parking lot, even though it was in the city. Vanderbilt University is right there, seemed like a nice area in the city. I never been to Nashville before, but I have been to hundreds of rinks!!

Great facility overall, however, the pickleball courts are severely neglected. We have developed a pretty solid community around the open-play pickleball nights throughout the week, but it feels like the employees view pickleball as more of an annoyance rather than recognizing the $2,500+ in revenue they make weekly from pickleball open-play alone. The courts are extremely cracked to the extent of affecting most games played, and the wind-breaks aren’t even fully attached to the fence. So much potential here, but the staff and coordinators have really dropped the pickleball on this one.

If I lived near this rink, I'd be there as much as I could. The ice is smooth, staff is pleasurable & the one coach I spoke to, Lyndi, was very nice & welcoming. From one coach to another?
