Chris partners with Takes 2 Fitness, a family business that has operated locally in Nashville for over 15 years. With three studio locations open 24/7 to choose from, there is sure to a be a welcoming option for your personal fitness journey.

At 53, I was really starting to feel old in my body. I had gained weight, lost strength and was generally feeling tired and weak. I was concerned about quality of life/longevity and also about being able to fully enjoy my kids (ages 10 and 12) as an older mom. In only a few months, Chris has completely transformed me. I've lost weight, regained muscle mass and can once again do the simplest things in life with great ease - like opening a jar without asking my husband to help (yeah for grip strength!) and climbing to my home's second floor without feeling winded. I've worked with trainers in the past, and none have come close to Chris's expertise. He's helped me regain mobility and strength in a shoulder that was injured and understands the mechanics of the body way beyond just "getting fit." During our sessions, I am his number one priority, and he coaches with integrity, respect and encouragement. I cannot recommend him enough. My husband also trains with him twice a week, and we both couldn't be happier with our results!

I’ve been working out with Chris for about 5 years now. He’s helping me reach my fitness goals and also tailored a program specifically for me when I injured my back a few years ago. He is kind, encouraging and never shames you. I look forward to my time with Chris every week, even if I’m having one of those days when I just don’t feel like working out. I cannot recommend him enough!

I’ve been working out with Chris for 2 years now. Chris is the best trainer anyone could ask for! I’ve had other trainers and he’s definitely the best out there. He doesn’t try to sell you any products or tell you to workout with him more then you can afford. He personalizes your workouts for you! I have a some issues with my knee and back and he accommodates this and modifies them so your comfortable. He’s a great guy,super friendly. Have great conversations with him. He treats you like a friend not a customer. He’s flexible on the schedule. You will not be disappointed with his training. I’ve never enjoyed working out as much as I do working out with this guy! Definitely pushes me to my limits and that’s what I need! I’ve seen tons of muscle growth, and fat loss with Chris. He recommends foods to eat,workouts to do at home(will set up a plan online for you). Also prices are very reasonable compared to other trainers! If I could give more then a 5 star I would! THE GREATEST OF ALL TIME!

I've had multiple trainers/coaches throughout my life and hands down Chris is by far the best. He's incredibly encouraging and supportive.
If you have an injury he'll adapt a specialized workout for you and even research new exercises that help your rehab.
While working out with him he's helped me get my diet under control as well. I've lost around 55 lbs and I couldn't have done it without his help.

Chris is an amazing trainer. I worked out with Chris for 9 months during which I saw remarkable results. Chris helped me shed over 50# and drop down from waist size 40 to 32 !! He is extremely dedicated to his clients and has an invested interest in making sure they reach their goals. On a personal level I found Chris to be a total joy to talk to and hangout with.
