About the Club

Clarksville Sports Performance is an athletic based training facility serving Clarksville, TN and is located inside of Clarksville Athletic Club. We aim to serve general population clients and athletes alike.

If you are someone who loves to lift weights but doesn’t quite understand how to program for yourself or don’t want to program for yourself, then look no further!

Our adult strength workouts are designed to help our clients move better, increase strength and overall athleticism as well as simply feel better. All of our workouts will have a power/speed component, a strength block and then finish with a conditioning piece.

Our athlete programs are similar but with more of a focus on power and speed development and strength work!

I can’t recommend Clarksville Sports Performance enough! Vinny is extremely knowledgeable and it shows when he is creating/explaining the workouts and giving corrections. He has impeccable attention to details and knows when to encourage/push everyone where they are at. He has helped push and challenge me during my time with him and have seen my strength increase. If I could move to Clarksville just to train with Vinny, I honestly would. Though I only had the pleasure of working with him a handful of times, Vinny made a lasting impression on me and my fitness journey. He is, without question, one of the best trainers I’ve ever worked with.
I’ve trained across multiple states and taken everything from CrossFit to Pilates, working with a wide variety of coaches. None have come close to the combination of skill, professionalism, and presence that Vinny brings to each session. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about body mechanics, strength training, and conditioning. He knows exactly how to tailor workouts to meet you where you are, while still challenging you to be better.
What really sets Vinny apart is not just his expertise, but his energy. I love the training sessions offered here! Vinny is thorough with his explanations of each and every movement and can help modify the exercise as needed to best suit your capabilities.

Each session focuses on strength and agility while working at every level. Beginners, intermediate, and advanced fitness levels do the same exercises, all tailored to fit each persons abilities and push them in way that is both safe and comfortable!

The coaching is both friendly and informative in such a way that makes you want to do better every session!
