Let me start out by saying that I have never, ever, enjoyed working out. Ever. I love food and life a little too much. The word gym or word(s) health club always filled me with a sense of dread since high school. I am overweight but strong and never followed through any diet and/or exercise program in my life. Since starting Club Pilates and meeting Stephanie there, I have happily completed over 160 classes in a year and a half. Stephanie is great, I did one private class with her and she helps me every day become a better version of myself. She fine tunes my form in group classes, pushes me (cuz she knows she can) and makes me better, even though I may piss and moan. All the while smiling and joking, an adjustment there, a push here, a smile there. I love it and look forward to returning. For me, it’s a miracle and I love the classes and her. Well done. I love Club Pilates! So many different types of classes-and skill levels. The instructors are wonderful and some of my favorites in the Nashville area are Aimee, Juli, Jennifer, Yari, and Jules! All the instructors are great. A lot of times it’s finding the teacher you click with and there are so many options. If you are going to do Pilates in Nashville - Club Pilates has so many locations class types and wonderful teachers- it makes exercise convenient and something to look forward too instead of something you dread.

This is a wonderful studio. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating! Jules is an extremely knowledgeable Pilates instructor. Her cueing is excellent- from her gentle reminders on good form to her use of additional props in class to help students engage the core and pelvic floor. Yari is by far my favorite instructor. When you leave her class you feel that was very well accomplished workout. She will correct you and make sure that what you're doing is right, and effective.

Maryland Farms Club Pilates is the best! I have been coming to Club Pilates at Maryland Farms since it opened. Having never taken an exercise class, I was hesitant to try, but Susan made me feel so comfortable in a group setting. I tried out Club Pilates shortly three years ago. Hate almost all exercise and just won’t do anything alone or too difficult, so I need group classes that aren’t intimidating. There are plenty of classes for different levels and each trainer does different things so it’s not boring. Now that I am sitting at my desk at home more - the stretching is almost a relief that I look forward to! They have done a good job wiping equipment down and encouraging social distancing, etc. with COVID and are more than gracious if you have to cancel due to possible sickness.

OG post-Club Pilates Maryland Farms has been a great environment for not only my fitness journey, but my lifestyle. Over the past year I’ve lost 2 pant sizes. All of the instructors push me to do more and notice where I can do more without overloading my nervous system. I try to get off work early for “Mean Marci Monday” for CP Fit. Amy has this studio in tip to shape while having fun. All of the instructors don’t push fad diets nor care if your leggings are from Lululemon. That was one thing I was afraid of before buying a membership. The first sign I knew the magic of the CPMF was when the skirt I bought for my Mary Katherine Gallagher costume struck lower on my waist the night of Halloween. I put on that skirt when cleaning out my closet recently well it would have looked like a photo from the 90s Subway ads if I took a photo of it on me. Disclaimer: I have cut down on sugary snacks and I have on fresh self tanner in the photo with the shorts. Regardless, I love the way my shoulders look too, which the photos obviously don’t show.

I started at Club Pilates Maryland Farms in November 2022. Before joining, I hired a trainer 5 months prior because I was becoming immobile from bulging discs and a pinched nerve. It was becoming more painful to even walk. While my trainer was able to guide me through proper stretching and strengthening my back, CBMF has helped me build on that strength and more balance. I'm on a weight loss journey also, and club pilates has expedited my weight loss. Since joining in November, I dropped 15 lbs with ease. The icing on the cake is the management and staff are beyond amazing! I've never encountered such a positive, caring environment at a fitness facility. They make it a point to know everyone's name and ask about any special conditions or needs before each workout. They're the reason that I'm excited to come to pilates class. 😊

Giving it three just so I can come back. I just get out of the shower and I come here and o had no idea that they where going to make me lay on the filthy floor and I didn’t understand why that everything that she was doing when it came to doing it on the floor why we couldn’t just do it on the board because that floor was so gross it was full of old grit and hair it it really need to be vacuum and she kept looking at me like why am I not going and laying down on the because it is gross I am sorry. O don’t want to lay on some one else filth I took the the class Sunday July 16 the 9:30 to 10:30 one and you guys really need to clean your floor I will be going to belle mead for the next couple of classes maybe they actually have clean floor there but your bathrooms are awesome tho nice and clean but do not except some body to lay on a a floor like that

Love it!! Went to Tracy’s intro class in Maryland Farms with a friend today, and we had the best time! I have NEVER been a gym person, but I felt completely comfortable. I love this gym and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a low impact workout or is burnt out or hates cardio. Before joining club pilates, I tried orange theory and the ymca , but neither came close to the experience at CP. Specifically, I love that you have so many options of classes you can sign up for that depending on the level of difficulty you want on any given day. The instructors are all super helpful and try to tailor every workout to your individual needs.

I did not have a regular exercise routine at home and could feel the change in my body during those six months. Plus, after sitting all day doing zoom calls, I would feel stiff every morning. I am so glad that I am back doing Pilates. My body is no longer achy and stiff and I now have a regular routine. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and every class challenges me in different ways. Plus, I feel I am able to properly social distance.

After decades of every workout imaginable, from dance, to yoga, to kick boxing & personal trainers I decided to give Pilates a try when the Belle Meade Studio opened a few years ago. Once I started I became hooked. The teachers are amazing and the classes are perfect for my 65 year old body. I go 5 to 6 days a week. Their schedule of classes offer many options through the day and into the evening so If you have not tried, I suggest giving it a go!

A welcoming studio that I look forward to coming to. First time I’ve ever enjoyed exercise. Each class moves through all the muscles of the body without stress and strain on the joints. This is a fitness routine I can enjoy for the rest of my life. I’ve tried many other fads but got tired of them or got injured. I’m on my 65th class and just joined at the end of August. I got the unlimited so I can go to which ever studio matches my availability. I try and make it part of each day. I go to Belle Meade a lot too and it is equally inviting. A great lifestyle routine that is easy to schedule with the app and flexible for my schedule. In and out and on with my work day. It feels like I’m “running an errand” when I go. A great habit to incorporate in my lifestyle at age 58!!!! I’m doing something for myself that will have lasting benefits for my health and body.

I try to go 4 or 5 times a week when I'm in town.
It makes me feel so much better.
I'm a stylist and it's almost like physical therapy for me.

Club Pilates is amazing. All of the instructors with whom I've taken classes from so far are wonderful, personable, quick to adjust form (my shoulders raise themselves, I'm sorry) and knowledgeable well beyond any other Pilates studios in the Nashville area.
