I know that each day I go to Club Pilates, I feel better physically and mentally. It’s been a life saver for my lower back issues. Took the free intro class, the instructor was knowledgeable but not personable. The spiel at the end of the class by the manager is focused on $$ of classes,/packages etc and not on the benefits of pilates and how their studio stands out. Feels very corporate and scripted. Location of thr club is convenient, but there are other studios around where the instructors focus on knowing their clients names and asking how their bodies feel and make sure to focus on those areas.

Started late January and within 2 weeks of going 2/week I noticed an improvement in overall strength and balance. Within a month my chronic hip pain was gone as well as the nagging lower back. This is the best workout and it’s a lot more fun that floor Pilates. The staff is really fun and You get a lot of different teachers for variety. Highly recommend.

Issy is a great instructor! She teaches using proper form and the classes flow great. I love the Cardio Sculpt class for a good workout. Men can really benefit from learning Pilates and the proper form of the exercises. The stretching, increased flexibility and muscular work are all great reasons to add Pilates to a fitness regimen. The progressive work will challenge any participant and it’s a great way to take care of your body. I have been to just 42 classes since I started back in April of this year. It’s now the end of August. None of the classes have been too hard for me. I am still on level 1.0 and 1.5 classes. I hardly ever break a serious sweat. I can even go on my lunch break and not come back to the office a hot mess.
Tonight, something amazed me. I had NO IDEA how in-shape I had gotten over this short time. Yesterday, my doctor told me to start running again to burn off extra energy so I might start sleeping better. Tonight, I tried for the first time. I thought I wouldn’t make it 1 single minute jogging. But I made it to 1.26 miles without stopping at a 10 min/mile pace. I am in my early 40s and pretty sure I haven’t done that since college.
This is proof you don’t have to waste hours killing yourself at the gym. Bravo Club Pilates! Bravo!!!!! And thank you! You are just what this working mom needed!!!

Club Pilates has been one of the best things I've ever done for my health, both physically and mentally! I have been taking classes consistently (average of 3-4 times per week) for 18 months and have seen such a difference particularly in my core and upper body strength.The classes and instructors offer enough variety that it keeps my muscles guessing and continually builds strength. I have honestly been shocked by the fact that it has been a strong enough workout to really be the only thing I do at this point, especially because though the work is difficult, it is also gentle on your body. I have repeatedly struggled with tight hips/low back issues and have discovered that staying consistent with these Reformer Pilates classes is the key to keeping those areas strong and flexible! After my experience and progress over the last 18 months I can say without hesitation that I will practice Pilates for the rest of my life and that I am so thankful for everything I have gained at Club Pilates! Other things to note: the studio is always impeccably clean, the instructors are knowledgeable, kind, and patient, and the app/schedule is easy to navigate as well as a great way to track your progress.

I started with two days a week and now feel like I can’t miss two days a week. Instructors have been great. They are always teaching good form and continue to challenge me every class. A variety of classes keeps me challenged. I choose my classes based on my work schedule so instructors vary. I learn something from each one. The studios I’ve gone to are always immaculate. The equipment seems to be current and kept in great condition. There’s no pressure to join after the free class but it’s definitely worth every penny!

Being a pilates newb, I was initially a little intimidated by the idea of working out on a reformer. The teachers immediately put me at ease and were great about explaining everything so I could get the basics down. They also offer a range of classes from beginner to advanced with a wide teacher variety. I have now been practicing almost 2 years and have seen amazing improvement in my strength and posture. I highly recommend Club Pilates in Cool Springs. I became a member over a year ago when I needed to find a low impact way to stay mobile and improve flexibility due to plantar fasciitis and tendinitis. The instructors are so friendly and regularly give suggestions for modifications if you need easier or tougher moves. It’s a good mix of strength and stretch exercises. Amazing club. Very clean. One of the cleanest due to amazing manger always wiping down all reforms nooks and crannies. Great Pilates instructors. I pass by multiple other Pilates gyms to come here due to this. It has helped to keep me mentally and physically healthy since Covid started.

I love this place. I used to walk by really intimidated by the machines but I’ve found this to be the least intimidating and even relaxing class I’ve ever taken. The reformers are fun! You spring like a kid, get a great workout and the instructors are awesome :) I look forward to my weekends so I can go.

I joined Club Pilates Cool Springs when it first opened and absolutely love it. The app makes scheduling very easy and the cancellation policy is fair to ensure others can join a class via a waitlist. The front desk employees are welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and amazing. Many know you by name and do a great job offering modifications to create a tailored workout. Highly recommend this studio. April, the manager, is wonderful and extremely helpful. She did an exceptional job when the studio was closed due to COVID and helping the return timing/billing.

I can't say enough good things about the Cool Springs location! I just joined in November and have been to 18 classes already. The teachers are great and really work with you! I work full time but have not had any issues with getting in a class because they offer such a variety of classes at different times. I highly recommend signing up for the unlimited package to begin with so you can try different classes, different teachers and different time slots to see what works best for you. I can already tell a difference in my posture and overall alignment.

I'm been stretching my spine, strengthening my muscles and working my core at the Club Pilates in Franklin/Cool Springs and Brentwood since February. The instructors are very helpful, informative, encouraging and knowledgeable. During class they are constantly explaining, correcting and instructing so that all participants have the right positions and movements. We can take standard Pilates classes and move up to levels 1.5, 2 or 2.5, or take Pilates Cardio, Pilates Sculpt, or Control and Balance so there's a good list of options The management team at CP has worked with us regarding covid restrictions and closures. They've been very cautious and conscientious with covid restrictions and measurements. I highly recommend the Club Pilates studios in middle Tennessee!

I am drawn to more intense workouts so the Cardio-Sculpt class quickly became my favorite. I feel like there is something for everyone and all levels. Small classes and great instructors, my legs were toned in less than a month of doing these classes 3-4 times a week. So Mission accomplished,. defiantly effective!

I Love that you reserve a spot so no guessing if there is enough room for amount of people wanting to participating. I love this place! Every teacher is so intentional about their classes and I'm seeing amazing results in my body. I am currently pregnant with my first baby and every instructor I have taken classes from has been so knowledgeable about what is safe for me to do during each trimester and they each check in with me during class to make sure I'm doing okay. I truly feel so supported every time I walk in the door! The atmosphere is laid back and they are doing a great job keeping the studio clean and sanitary. I don't workout anywhere else now!!

One of the best decisions I have ever made is joining Club Pilates Cool Springs. The front desk attendants are pleasant and greet you by name when entering for your class. Instructors are terrific! Always explaining the mechanics of the exercises and will even offer ways to "step it up" but never pushing you. I've attended classes on different days and times and the studio has always been spotless! Great place!

Love this studio! It’s new, clean, very inviting atmosphere. The instructors are friendly and it’s a good low-impact strengthening/lengthening session. I hurt my back recently and am using this as an alternative to physical therapy for core strengthening and stability - really enjoying it for this. Management/scheduling has been pretty accommodating and flexible during Covid, which is so appreciated. Highly recommend - plus this Aspen Grove location is developing into great little destination to linger after class (cute shops and outdoor areas).

I have been attending classes for over a year. Due to surgeries and limitations, this has provided improved joint and muscle strength for me. All classes offer alternative options if you need to modify the exercise. The instructors are great and assist in making any corrections or modifications. The check in personal is upbeat, knowledgable and friendly. I also love the APP for scheduling classes, seeing your schedule and to check in for a class. I tell everyone I know about Pilates.

I joined Club Pilates-Cool Springs just over 6 weeks ago. I enjoy every class. Never the same. Always a good work out. I feel better, stronger and my clothes are fitting a little less snug. The feel of this studio is also so refreshing. Historically, I do not like gyms or group classes because they are to intimidating for me. The instructors and the other students are all very welcoming and of all ages and sizes. I have found myself looking forward to class and actually miss it on my rest days.
