I was amazed on how many extras and vast amount of workout equipment and space that Club 4 has! I paid for the basis package, but it was an upgrade compared to my previous gym! I loved my 1st workout and it actually motivates you to workout because it’s such an awesome atmosphere!! So happy I made the change !! I really like the fact that it has a women’s only section!!!

I’m very very disappointed that you cancelled the Monday cycle class. It just started and think the gym could have at least put a sign out front that there was a new class so people would know about it. It was started during vacation season so of course the class participation would be low. I think you should give it a fair chance when school starts back and advertise it. I love it!

I have been a part of this gym community for over a year now, and I must say that I really like it! I mainly use the weight room, cables, and machines, and I think the equipment is solid. However, if I had to offer a few areas of improvement, I would like that the back weight room with the platforms have better cooling/AC/fans, consider getting a GHD similar to the one we have now, but with flat pads level to where one anchors feet, that way it's easier to do hypers and explore reverse abdominal curls, incorporate a mix of air rowers amongst the water rowers for additional diversity, work on cleaning the bathrooms a little better, and highly emphasize that folks rerack or place their equipment back where it originally was. Outside of this, the turf and other amenities provided by the facility are nice, and I haven't had any trouble with the staff, as of yet, they are great people! So, check it out, get active, and be safe! 😎

They take you through hell to cancel and then try to get you to pay unnecessary fees. I canceled my account called and spoke with someone today and they see that my account has been canceled but SOMEHOW I HAVE ANOTHER ACCOUNT….. The manager told me it may be the system & she had someone to go through the same thing to try to cancel that they had to PROVIDE HER with their information so she can log into the system to get them canceled. Not only that when I first enrolled and went to the gym no one provided me with codes or anything to get into the locker room , etc. The gym is never clean!!!! I wouldn’t recommend, just save the money and headache . All they care is about money.

While the attendant was friendly, she walked & talked so fast that I got mixed up on the membership benefits. Her knowledge was limited but well-versed in other areas. Signed up for a free trial because their website listed a brand of classes I like taking less Mills. What website did not mention was the Saturday class I went to go take was a virtual class not having a live instructor. It would’ve been so simple to indicate that on the website so I ended up getting up early on a Saturday morning for nothing.

I came to this gym November 14th to discuss personal training options with trainer Michael Black. It was an understanding that I was only interested in paying for a one month personal training session at a rate of $512. Unbeknownst to me, Michael formulated a contract of lies and deception. He hoodwinked me into signing a 12 month contract at a rate of $512 a month, coming to a yearly sum of $5600.The computer was never displayed to me to show what option he clicked, only the keypad to sign my signature was right in front of me. I contacted the CEO of the company, Joe Rosner, in attempt to reach a resolution, to which he stated I knew what I was getting myself into, ultimately defending the deception. This business operates on scamming, lies, predatory practices, and fraudulent contracts that lock you into a years worth of car-note payments for their own financial gain to pay for that equipment in there. Don’t be deceived by manager, Michael Black, nor sign a contract that isn’t reviewed by an attorney.
Again, I was not provided with a standard 3 day cancellation review as you say because this was not outlined by Michael or anyone for that matter, nor was I informed I was signing a term agreement , hence why we’re here in the first place.

This gym promotes false advertising!!! When I did the 3 day guest complementary trial, I had all three of their gym plans explained to me twice in person. I signed up online for the premium plan which is $25.99/month, and as I said before, it was explained twice in person that I’m supposed to put down a $1 up front and $1 for the first month then I’ll start being charged $25.99/month. However, I noticed that I was charged $49.99 on Monday and $25.99 on Tuesday. I called up there to get to the bottom of the $49.99 charge because nothing was mentioned to me about a $50 charge. Turns out the $50 charge is the annual fee but nothing was said to me about an annual fee when I inquired about all of the plans in person. It’s not my fault that the employee who explained the plans to me in person TWICE before I signed up online failed to mention that which accounts for my confusion. The manager I spoke to said since I signed up online, it’s basically my problem due to no one being around to explain it to me.

I'm new to Memphis and was looking for a gym to get out of a slump. After coming to Club4, I didn't need to try anywhere else. The staff were friendly and engaging as they showed me around the gym. Of the dozens of gyms I’ve been to, Darrion is one of the best staff members I've had the pleasure to meet. I have 10yrs of customer service experience, 5yrs in management, so I know good people can be hard to find. Give Darrion a raise!

I’ve been a member since they open in 2021. Love the gym but it’s always filthy in the steam room and Sauna. The Steam room has not worked properly since last year and the Sauna stop working. That was the reason for switching gyms. The management was great at first but now they have guys that don’t care. You would think that if you have trainers that they would be in shape, all those guys are not. When tell the Manager about the equipment not working properly, they don’t care. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

They give you the option to suspend your gym membership for up to five months, but they will still charge you monthly fees .Also when you get ready to cancel your membership you have to jump through hoops just to achieve that.. it’s not worth the headache.. Dec 26- showed up Dec 26 at 8am (their staffed hours start at 5AM). There were no staff, the 24 hr access scanner by the door wasn’t working for a lot of people and when we finally got inside there were no staff and kids club was closed. Their holiday hours say they’re only closed Dec 25. If they were going to be closed the 26, that’s fine, but it should be included in the sign. Honestly I love this gym, but this was poor management.

Edited after the response: I appreciate the sentiment, but there’s no explanation offered as to why staff wasn’t there when they were supposed to be. Again, I totally support staff getting more than 1-2 days off for holidays, but the signs should have specified.

Update: Just don't do it. Too Expensive for the 30min workout you're given 2xs a week. My trainer left due to poor treatment. You can cancel your membership but it has to be in writing 30 days before your next payment. If you no longer want a trainer, oh well, you're stuck paying 3mos to buy out of your contract. Seems simple, but we're talking about a gym! Not a lease. Lots of fine print. Just pay attention and look beyond the excitement of trying to get healthy. I went back PF for half the cost and no contract.

Nice, clean and friendly environment. Ladies, they have a room inside the locker room just for us in case you're feeling too shy to work out in the main area. The equipment is up to date. Parents! They offer babysitting while you workout. (Membership only) They have so much to offer.... go and ask for a tour of the facility. You won't be disappointed. And shout out to my trainer, Tony! The spiritual journey alongside my physical journey has helped my mental state beyond words. I actually crave the gym now.

This is one of the nicest gyms in the city! There is so much exercise equipment and everything is state of the art. It is always clean and the staff is amazing! They always greet you with a smile when you enter and are always happy to answer any questions you have. The instructors appear to love what they do and are always passionate about helping you reach your goals. I love the large assortment of work out equipment and the sauna room and the hydro massage chairs. I am so grateful I found this gym and look forward to reaching my health goals. So let me start off by saying I have a membership at another gym that discontinued basketball hoops , and basketball is how I get my cardio and mental exercise, so I was in the market for a new membership, new gym , new diet , new fitness goals etc . So I make a wrong turn into a plaza and find club 4 fitness off Winchester next door to Burlington Coat Factory a couple other stores ... The Gym is Big , it's Very Very Clean ... And it have a Football field to just run , and it have a Cardio Room with the Lights off , it have massage room and infrared sauna , tanning beds steam room and hot sauna. It's like a Dream Come True oh not to forget the Daycare
So with all those great awesome and amazing things going on what happened Kory
I did the 3 day trial membership and it was heaven. I can back on the fourth day ready to sign up I was told by a employee not to use my credit card because they will start charging a bunch of fee's and they can't really be trusted. Same exact employees say the company doesn't pay them well , and the upper MGMT treats them like garbage.
So I got on indeed and look at the reviews and yes it was multiple employees who spoke about not being paid and being treated like second rate human being ... All hear say

Membership is $35.99 plus a $79 dollar start up fee and 3 months later another $99 club maintenance fee which you will get every 3 months .... It’s starting to get really dirty here the areas are not being kept up well, the womans Sauna room is dirty they never sweep floor or clean the wooden benches there dirty!
