I started attending classes here 1 month ago. It is a great workout that is challenging, but most moves have modifications if you are a beginner like me. The coaches here always offer adjustments to make moves easier or more challenging depending on your experience with lagree. The class sizes are small and the coaches pay attention and offer form corrections as needed. Plus the studio is clean and very pretty.

I’ve been coming to Core Change for a little over a year now and I’ve developed the best muscle tone I’ve ever had. Coaches Patty Lauren, Monica, Michaela, and Brandon are excellent! Their classes are always challenging but they also offer alternative moves to fit everybody’s ability. You always leave Core Change feeling like you really accomplished something!

Core Change is an excellent, beneficial workout! It caters to and is adjustable for all workout levels. (I have personally worked out here through 2 pregnancies and postpartum, at the blessing of my doctor). Core Change would also be a great supplement for someone with an existing workout plan. The focus on personalized coaching and such a supportive community is an added bonus!

New to Knoxville and wanted to join a workout community. I absolutely love coming here!! Core change is a new addition to my self care routine. I really enjoy the variation of classes and it challenges your body in the best way! The staff is welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable as well.

Think yoga stretching, added weights of Pilates Reformer, and the intensity of an aerobic workout. Lagree moves slower than pilates, but with quicker transitions. Because we're moving slower, the muscles are staying down in the postures/stretches longer and the slow-paced focus on form makes injury less likely. The springs on the Mega (the machine used for workouts - looks a lot like a Reformer...just...Mega) mean that beginners can do the same exact workout as more experienced clients...and that my husband and I can do the same 45-minute class, side-by-side, and both feel like we had an insane workout, even though he's much stronger than me. I've tried out a few places since moving to Farragut, and Core Change checks all the boxes. It's a comfortable studio, the coaches and other patrons are incredibly supportive, the group is very body-positive, and most important, I feel strong with these workouts. I knew I was strong before, but now I can feel it in everything I do.

First class down and it was amazing. I’m sore now and I work out 5 days a week (running and weight lifting). The owner is really nice and they’re going to try to have child care at least two days a week. Yahoo!
