Went to my very first lagree class this week after being a strictly pilates girl and the class was hard in the BEST way. The instructor, Elsa, was so sweet and supportive! She really took the time to correct my form and explain the “why’s” and “how’s”. I have been to every fitness studio in knoxville and have never been to a more welcoming one than core change!!

THE BEST WORKOUT EVER. If you are looking for a workout class where you can feel confident and get a great sweat in this is the place for you. No matter the level at which you are athletically everyone is so supportive and the instructors are always so kind and helpful no matter how many classes you have taken! I love corechange and forever will be grateful to everyone who has helped me fall in love with lagree!!

Been a LaGree Method client on Core Change’s MegaFormer for 4 years+; the 45-minute workouts, 3-5x per week NEVER disappoint! Patty Lauren Seger coached a specialty class, 40-moves in 40-minutes; as always, she paired low-impact with high-intensity! The LaGree method, with excellent coaching, has maximized my balance, flexibility & strength while toning and sculpting my arms & shoulders, my inner & outer thighs & calves, my back, obliques, and core! Thank you to Knoxville’s ONLY LaGree method studio! In my 6th decade of life, I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been!

If you're intimidated to go here or think you won't enjoy it/see results, please! Just go. It's super challenging but super rewarding and you'll notice a change after the first few classes. I've been going for about a year and hope to do lagree as part of a lifelong routine. Despite some knee/back issues, the method is low-impact and has really helped alleviate them. The coaches and community are incredibly warm and supportive. Totally worth the investment!

Core Change changed my life! When I was a freshman in college I tried out the sorority Spring Break challenge, never having been one to commit to fitness, but I was HOOKED. This was the first fitness routine that taught me that exercise can be upbeat and empowering while also challenging and left me wanting more. The instructors created the best workouts while curating a warm, positive atmosphere. Lagree pilates is a true gem and I'm constantly sharing its benefits- I saw amazing results in a short period of time and I've been working out consistently ever since! That's 0% consistency to 4 years of consistency... talk about an impact! I have since graduated and left Knoxville but am so grateful for Core Change!

I found Core Change while looking for a local pilates class. While I didn't find what I thought I was looking for, I did find something amazing. Lagree is very challenging, especially in the beginning. However the physical transformation begins to happen very quickly. After attending 3-4 classes per week for the past 2 months, my overall fitness has greatly increased and I look forward to my classes each week. Each class can be as challenging as you want to make it. Every instructor I've met have been warm and inviting the minute you enter the door, and are extremely supportive. First experience in a Lagree style pilates class, and I'm hooked! Thankfully, I overheard a friend talking about her weekend classes and after inquiring, I've been to 60 classes in less than 4 months, and I don't see myself stopping anytime soon. Strength training in 45 minutes coupled with my park runs is just what I needed to get my fit body back! I look forward to it daily.

The instructors and the classes at core change are the absolute best. There are so many different days/class times available to fit anyones busy schedule. It’s a lagree style workout that gives you that full body burn. This class provides that extra accountability and challenges you to show up for yourself.
