I am a small Pilates private studio offering both private classes and small group classes. Single or Duo only on the reformer. Fearless movement is the goal for my clients. Whether you are wanting to get stronger in your current fitness routines or are recovering from injury or illness, my client centered care approach is for all ages and fitness levels.

This was my first experience with Pilates in a studio & it did not disappoint!! I’ve been going with my daughter every week for the past 11 months & absolutely love it!! Cindy is so professional & fun! She is able to adjust classes to meet our needs for that session & is always so encouraging & praises your successes!!!

Absolutely LOVED Core Element Pilates! Whether it was a one on one session with the instructor or a duo class with friends, I always enjoyed it and felt super refreshed after each workout! Cindy is a great instructor and pushes you to work harder and harder every week!

I have absolutely loved Core Elements Pilates! I had stepped away from exercising regularly due to getting injured previously from working out so I have been scared to jump back in. Cindy took this into mind when structuring my workouts. I have felt so comfortable and have gained confidence back. Cindy has slowly progressed my workouts to fit me. I am building strength again while toning and I can tell that the work is paying off! The workouts feel safe while challenging me at the same time as Cindy doesn’t mind challenging you either which I love 😉 I had never done Pilates prior to this experience and I can see that I have been missing out! I highly recommend Cindy and Core Elements Pilates and plan on being a long time client of hers!

At 70+ I’ve been telling myself for several years the only exercise I could do was swimming. I started working with Cindy once a week several months ago. She guided me though continuing simple movements at home between sessions. Within 4-5 weeks, I was amazed with the difference in my movement. She is focused on her clients’ needs, abilities, and goals! I can’t recommend her and her beautiful studio enough.
Small movements make incredible changes. I couldn’t ask for a better coach.
