This is absolutely 1 of my favorite boxes to workout at . I was a drop-in this week & was welcomed with open arms. I've visited gyms before where the drop-ins are ignored, not here I feel like I've known the coaches & members for years. Coach Kendra instructed & demonstrated the moves perfectly which made the class flow easily. Nothing but positive energy coming from this gym! Everytime I come to Knoxville, this will be may go to place

This is a home away from home! This is a place not only to fill a free time but to build genuine relationships. It has a family vibe! If you're looking for a gym just to build muscle and not expect anyone to speak to you or push you further this is not the place for you.

I’ve been attending this gym for a little less than a year and they’ve since expanded their space pretty dramatically. They have plenty of equipment (ski, row, echo machines), sandbags/feed sacks, rings/ropes/peg board, ghd, bumper/competition plates, yokes/sleds etc. Coaches are great athletes /wealth of knowledge. They have showers, a loft for Brown Dog Body Work, a small play area for kids, and a fridge full of drinks/protein bars for sale!

My wife and I tried several Knoxville area gyms. After searching for 5 years we finally found our home at CrossFit First Creek. So I have officially been going to CFFC for six months. Since day one everyone has been very friendly and welcoming. I attend the noon class and love the trainer (Rebecca). She is very fit (first thing I notice because I personally do better taking workout instruction from someone who is physically fit), she explains how to do the workouts in a way that you can understand, she does a great job keeping things clean and organized and she is an all around great person. Thanks CFFC for a great first CrossFit experience. I’m loving it.

My fiancée and I dropped in while we were in town and had a great experience! The communication with Rebecca before hand was very responsive, clear, and friendly. As soon as we got there we were quickly greeted by Derrick and Lauren and they made us feel right at home right from the start! The facility was clean, spacious, and well equipped. I would definitely go back for a drop in or sign up if I lived in the area!

Great gym with everything you will need. Coaches take the time to instruct when your form is struggling. They are in the process of renovating the entire gym and will be amazing in the next month! Showers and updated bathrooms!

This place is excellent. The staff is knowledgeable and welcoming and the members are great, too. I was brand new to crossfit with a weightlifting and team sports background. I needed a change and found my happy place, here. They’ll help you personalize and scale all workouts to your fitness level and needs. What really makes this place special is the emphasis they put on good form. Nothing is more important for lifelong health and fitness!

I absolutely love CFFC! I have been at other boxes before and nothing quite compares to the friendly environment, support, and coaches at this box. The coaches will modify workouts based on individual needs to make sure everyone gets what is best for them. Shout out to the 5:30 am & 6:00 am people for kicking the day off with me and pushing us all to get better! I 100% recommend this box and think everyone should stop by and join the fun.

I'm glad I found CrossFit First Creek. I started with minimal CrossFit experience but quickly discovered encouraging coaches eager to teach proper technique and scale down movements to my fitness level. The varied workouts are challenging but keep you coming back for more. This box has helped me quickly see results and improve mobility. I highly recommend CrossFit First Creek!

Stopped by to WOD while I was visiting from out of town. When I walked in and Austin had the country turned up and welcomed me to the box, I knew it was gonna be a fun time! There is no way that this will be the last time I drop in to First Creek. I'll be back for sure!

I am closer to fifty and my experience with CFFC is phenomenal. Every class I have attended comes with excellent coaches and even better cross fitters. Scaling is always an option and is encouraged. Yes, I do push-ups from a higher platform. But I am doing them! Come try it out. You might be just a little bit impressed.

Excellent box. Great trainers who go out of their way to work with you on form while also pushing you toward new personal records. Awesome community atmosphere that welcomes all, from the elite beasts to the more novice athletes (like myself). Oh, and the price is right!
