This is a GREAT gym! Fantastic coaches! I have dropped in for workouts at other Crossfit gyms around the country. The Crossfit community is always welcoming to travelers, but this has allowed me to compare a lot of different facilities. The coaches at Hit and run are truly EXCEPTIONAL! The coaches here are really knowledgeable. Whatever level of fitness you are at, no matter what injury you may need to work around, these coaches are brilliantly creative at scaling, modifying, or substituting so you still get a full workout. The members you will be working out with are also super nice people.
New to the area and looking for a great place to workout? Trying to get back in shape? Transferring from another gym? Hit and Run is where you want to be! There is a Saturday morning class that is free for everyone. As of today, that class starts at 10:00, but check the website to be sure. They can also set you up with a Fundamentals class if you are new to Crossfit and want to find out what it's all about.
Seriously, I can't say enough good about Crossfit Hit and Run, from the staff, to the members, to the facility. See ya at the WOD!

Dropped in for 5:45 class while road trippin across the the US. Was immediately folded into the impressively large morning class by Kenny, got some good movement prior to another 10 hr day stuck in the car. Thanks! Definitely recommended, seems like a nice place with good people.

I was in town for 2 weeks and dropped in for the 5 AM class 6 times. Great facility with all the standard equipment you would expect at a box. The coaches (Kenny, Justin, and Jeff) were great and welcoming as were their members. Also enjoyed the programming as it was accessible to various levels of cross fitters while still being challenging and varied. I Will definitely be back if I am in the area.

During my visit to Memphis I dropped in at this location. Coach Justin and all the 6am crew were very inviting. Everyone took the time to introduce themselves. Coach Justin is very knowledgeable in his instruction and takes the time to make contact with every member. Highly recommend this location! This place is definitly "Memphis as Fu*k"
