CrossFit has been a huge part of my life. I spent ten years building, running, and eventually selling CrossFit Naples in 2020. It shaped who I became as a husband, a leader, and a man. I met my wife there, I grew up there in a lot of ways, and I crossed paths with some incredible people.

Last week brought all of that full circle. I watched my son, Liam, take his very first kids class at CrossFit Mayhem, and it felt like my past and his future touched for just a moment. Seeing him step onto that floor with the same joy and confidence CrossFit once gave me was something I will carry for a long time.

The atmosphere here is outstanding. The coaches are patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in these kids. It is the kind of place that builds strength, confidence, and character. They lead with faith, family, fitness, and service. Honestly, that is something anyone can get behind.

So grateful for this community. God is good.

My husband and I were traveling in Tennessee and did a drop in class. Josh was our coach. He was absolutely amazing! Our class was a group of welcoming, wonderful people. Our experience surpassed our expectations. This gym is outstanding! I highly suggest dropping in if you are traveling in Tennessee. It was only a little over an hour drive from Nashville and the town of Cookeville offers some fun stuff to do too.

Just visited the CF Mayhem facility on the way to Fort Liberty, NC. Incredible experience, great coffee at Buffalo Brew, and friendly, helpful CF Mayhem Team Members. No less than 3 people asked us how we were and offered assistance. The Mayhem Athlete program has been life changing through the app but the in-person experience solidified the character behind the program.

We dropped in today on our PCS journey from Virginia to San Diego. We have always been big fans of Rich, CrossFit Mayhem, and their athletes. I admire the Christian values they exude. We had a great workout in the morning class, loved grabbing some gear from the shop, and enjoyed coffee/breakfast at the cafe. We wish we could visit more often!

What a dream come true for me! I have been a massive fan of Rich & of CrossFit Mayhem for years, and it was so surreal to be able to stop in! Everyone was so welcoming, kind and helpful, and made us feel like we were right at home. Great time dropping in at Mayhem this week. I was in town for work. The sign up process was easy. Josh, the head trainer, was quick to follow-up with any questions I had. Best place all over the world for crossfit, top athlete EVERYWHERE, incredible coach, amazing community, top level facilities, all the equipment you need is here to support your daily training session, crossfit class for all the levels of fitness (if you are a kind or a grandpa this is the place for you), also the bar is amazing, good coffee and really nice guys, more better than other famous brand you can find In Nashville.

What a great place! My wife, kiddos and decided to travel to Mayhem on our way to Atlanta. I have always enjoyed watching Rich and his crew at Mayhem. He was one of the first people I was introduced to when I started CrossFit a couple years ago. Upon arrival we checked out the coffee shop, then the store front, and then went up stairs to watch folks workout a bit. It was fun. As we were walking out to our car, a truck was slowly backing up, he waved and then I waved. It kept backing up to us, it was Rich! He got out and shook our hands, introduced himself, and asked if we wanted a picture. He was gracious, kind and generous to us as strangers, a stand up guy! Traveling with my family across the country, was told I had to do class or nothing. If you take your training seriously and don’t want to be inconvenienced by skipping your programming then don’t stop at Mayhem. They obviously aren’t in the business of trying to help out any athletes outside of their own.

I placed an order on their website (shorts and wrist guards) in January 2021, and I'm still waiting! impossible to get reimbursed, I paid 150 € and since January I have been fighting to get reimbursed. The gym was everything I thought it would be and more. There is plenty of space yet it is well utilized. The bathrooms were kept clean and well stocked. The equipment is well maintained and updated. Fantastic experience! Laura and Margie were just amazing, and so was Amanda. We drove almost 4 hours to get a hat, and ended up grabbing a few hats, a shirt, shaker bottles, stickers, and some bison jerky. This place is great, and the people are even greater. Blessings!

What a great experience! Unfortunately due to Covid 19 we were unable to do a drop in class during our planned family vacation to Gatlinburg (fans from Delaware) We took the chance to visit for pictures at least outside the complex We were very excited to be able to make purchases from the store and take some pictures inside I have to say the "the tie dye girl" (she informed us of her nickname since we were trying to purchase the shirt she was wearing)was very personable and went out of her way to make this a good time!

Awesome, mind-blowing facility. If you're a CrossFitter you absolutely have to drop in. If CrossFit had a "Graceland" so to speak, CrossFit Mayhem would be it. State of the art box with all the top equipment. Oh and more than likely you're gonna drop by and see Fraser, Froning, Tia Clair or Rich or all 4.
