Did the nutrition challenge with Miranda this past month and it was great! Needed the accountability to get through this plateau period and it helped so much! Nutrition with Miranda was so great! I loved the app we used. I lost 2 pounds during our 28 day challenge and loved the accountability of it and was able to stay consistent with my nutrition. I highly recommend if you’re on the fence, just do it you won’t regret it!

I really enjoyed this challenge in the aspect of I could do the challenges on my own schedule. I appreciated Miranda checking in with the text messages and the encouragement she gave each of us. My hope was to improve my sleep and stress management and I did it! I also lost some weight as well. If you are undecided about this I would recommend for you to go ahead and commit…you’ll be glad you did!

This experience was amazing. It helped me prioritize myself and my health when that is something that is hard for me to do with my stressful life juggling work and home life with two kids. At the end of this challenge, I felt more confident and rested and was able to deal with stress much better. My coach, Miranda, was amazing and extremely positive. She helped me make sure I didn’t see one day of being off as a failure, but continued to encourage me.

She’s really helped me understand how to eat freely while still respecting my portions, no more guilt or confusion around food. I’ve learned so much about balance and what my body truly needs.

The 28 day nutrition and fitness challenge led by Miranda was a fantastic experience. I learned so much about how to change bad habits with simple and sustainable steps. The group accountability kept me on track and the support for group mates was wonderful. Miranda is amazing to work with and you can tell she truly enjoys helping people achieve their goals. Over the 28 days I lost 2% of body fat and gained a pound and a half of muscle. I can’t wait to continue the new habits I’ve formed.

As someone who was looking for a gym full of welcoming faces to support and encourage each other to be better everyday- I hit the jackpot with Portum! The equipment is wonderful. The gym is clean and well kept with flexible open gyms and class times! The staff and members welcomed me with open arms. I was able to get plugged in to the nutrition coaching and have even found the confidence to start looking at competitions. I don't have enough good things to say about this gym!

I have to give a huge shoutout to Hannah & Scott. As someone who has never really worked with weights, I was a bit nervous, but Hannah & Scott made the entire experience enjoyable and accessible. They tailored the workouts perfectly to my level, ensuring I felt challenged but not overwhelmed. Their encouragement and clear instructions helped me build confidence with each session. The atmosphere was supportive, and thanks to the personalized approach, I left each workout feeling accomplished and motivated.
