If you are looking to change your life and gain a family in the process this is the gym for you! The coaches are extremely welcoming and knowledgeable. They will work with you one on one on form, ways to scale a workout, help with injury recovery, and nutrition. The members are also amazing! If you are on the fence about CrossFit come to CrossFit Tullahoma.
Nick always does a great job explaining and modeling workouts. He always has good scaling options but always pushes me in the best way to try the harder movements. His motivation and knowledge has been really helping me reach my fitness goals. Thanks for always starting my days off right!

Today I had class with Nick and on Friday with Julia. The classes were challenging but both trainers took the extra time to make sure I was doing the movements correctly and made modifications for me when needed. Julia helped me substitute movements to work around an existing injury so I could still participate in the workout. She checked in with me regularly throughout the workout period to ensure what I was doing was safe for me in my current circumstances. Today was my first time at CrossFit Tullahoma. I felt so comfortable and welcomed. Everyone was kind and supportive. Angela, the coach was very attentive and helped get my form right. Angela talked me through each step and was so helpful. She was awesome! The workout was challenging but not scary like most people expect from CrossFit. It also was not over complicated. I will be going back!

My overall experience with Tullahoma Crossfit has been great. The coaches and other members are all very supportive and encouraging. There's a strong sense of community. I feel better and look better. I believe I'm in the best physical condition I've been in a long time, maybe ever and that is due in large part to Crossfit. It has taken consistency and effort but it has been well worth it. The change has been gradual but very positive. If you're interested in improving your health and well being, I highly recommend Tullahoma Crossfit!

Nick has been great since ive joined. Although ive done crossfit (long time before) the tuition is at a great level. And he adjusts really nicely for the skills ive got rusty on. Pushed me to RX a few things too which is what I was really appreciative of.
In fact everyone has been really welcoming and accommodating. A lovely place to continue your goals or start learning.
Music taste is pretty good too for the workouts !
