Came in today to cancel my membership.
My monthly fee came out yesterday. I’ve been in the hospital for over 2 weeks very ill. No exceptions could be made since the payment was made yesterday fo CANCEL. Paid to pay another 32$ today to cancel of money I don’t have due to unexpected surgery and illness. I wouldn’t give them another penny how nonchalant they were about it

Julia B is very rude to the staff. I heard her speak to one of the staff members with so much disrespect, and she doesn't care about anybody but herself. It's just very, very unprofessional. Do better. Don’t get me wrong classes are great but watching how she spoke to a staff member was very unprofessional.

I am in love! It's been AMAZING having a Crunch here in Knoxville! Add the incredible personal training and it's a complete package. I need to call out my trainer, Heather Moremen as being the most incredible person I've ever worked with. I have not only lost 20 pounds, but I'm in better shape and more nutritionally healthy than I've been in ages. She truly cares about her clients and works hard to make sure we get results. Of course we have to work hard too, but the results speak for themselves. I would give her 20 stars if I could.

One star because of terrible billing and customer service.

I joined this gym in December, signed up online with a $100 annual fee and $18 monthly. After my first visit, a manager named Zach offered me a cheaper plan — $60 annually and $12 monthly. He created a second account for me and promised to cancel the first one and issue a refund.

However, the original account was never closed, and I kept getting charged for both accounts for three months. Despite multiple promises from Zach and even contacting support, nothing was resolved until I finally reached a higher-level manager. The extra account was eventually closed, but I never got my refund.

The gym itself is decent, just very crowded in the evenings — but this experience ruined it for me.

Stopped in here on our way through town - this is a pretty epic Crunch location. The pla e seems pretty new - all the bells and whistles in a very large space. There are a lot of people in here during peak hours but there's enough space that you hardly notice.
An entire wall of weightlifting platforms and I even spotted a pink Bella bar.

They cannot keep employees....turnover is crazy. Water fountain has been removed....wipes are always empty....men's showers do not drain well and stagnant water is always pooled in the floor of the shower room. Please hire a real manager who cares!

It was a good gym, however customer service has been horrible. I signed up on the day they opened and was promised that there was no commitment. I was only there for another month for school, so no commitment was the one thing I needed and they stated over and over that there was none. When I went to cancel at the end of the semester (I was moving), they told me sorry looks like you can’t cancel yet because you actually do have a commitment. My fault for trusting the guys words instead of reading all the terms and conditions on the iPad I guess. However, they said they could put a note on my account to cancel it in January. So now I’m moved hours away and I learn that it hasn’t been canceled like I was told it would be. On top of that there is no way to cancel over the phone or online. So now I’m stuck paying 30 a month until I can find time to go back up to Knoxville.

I recently completed a free trial at this Crunch Fitness location. The gym itself is visually impressive—it's clean, spacious, and has a modern, new feel. The equipment appears to be well-maintained and there's a good variety available.
​However, a serious issue with the facilities made my experience very frustrating. For a gym of this size—over 44,000 square feet—there is only one water fountain. This is a major inconvenience and, more importantly, a health and safety concern.
​On top of this, the single water fountain has been out of order since Tuesday, and it's now Sunday. When I asked the staff for an update, they were unable to provide any information and did not seem to have a plan to address the problem. The fact that the gym did not offer any alternatives, like a complimentary bottle of water, is disappointing and frankly, unacceptable for a place where people are actively working out and need to stay hydrated.
​While the gym looks great, the management needs to address this issue immediately. A lack of reliable access to water is a basic necessity for any fitness facility. I hope they prioritize fixing this for the health and safety of their members.

I got charged twice for my membership. When I called the first time to inquire about it the lady hung up on me. So I called back. Then she told me that she would send it to her manager to get adjusted and that it would take 2-3 business days to correct. It didn't take 2-3 business days for it to come out!!!! 🤬

After talking to my cousin and several other members and reading the reviews....apparently this happens quite often!!! In an economy that prices are insane, for some that extra payment is a hit when tryintg to provide.

CRUNCH fitness do better!!! I never had that problem with Planet Fitness. I've also referred quite a few people. I wouldn't dare, knowing this is a "known" issue.

It’s a decent gym. I enjoy the Pilates classes, specially when Julia B is the instructor. She’s been a great addition to the gym’s staff.

I like that the gym has an outdoor area to workout in, however it’s poorly maintained. It’s quite dirty and usually in disarray. It would be nice if more attention was given to it.

Secondly I wish that other patrons were held accountable when they act reckless. People are consistently slamming the cable weights and treating the equipment poorly. Something is ALWAYS broken, ripped, or torn. For a fairly new gym, I didn’t expect it to be this way.
