I am so thankful for this place and the community it brings. The classes never get easier and that’s a good thing! I leave every class feeling empowered and strong! I’m so thankful for all the instructors who have motivated and made me better!

I used to absolutely love cyclebar Lakeland but management just seems to be off now. You used to be able to call or text to get in touch with staff but now it’s I’m possible to reach anyone. I’ve been calling for over a week to pause my membership due to the new schedule not being compatible with my work schedule. No one has answered the phone or returned my call after leaving voicemails. Today I finally had time to to the building during class hours (currently 9:20am) and no one is at the desk! The door is locked so now I have to wait until the class ends at 9:45 to catch someone to talk to. This is ridiculous.

This place and the way it operates is pathetic! They don’t have a business phone and all texts and calls go to the owner, Brandon. Good luck hearing back! I cancelled on 4-26 and never got an email confirmation. Sure enough my card was charged $109 in June. He refuses to respond to emails and texts and instead has some older desk lady respond days later (if she even responds). This place was so busy and awesome when it first opened. Staff and customers have left. Good luck surviving! It’s a good concept but poorly ran. You can’t even cancel in person. They say you have to email. I did and still nothing. Go elsewhere!

I’ve taken a variety of workout classes over the years and this is definitely one of my favorite. The atmosphere and the instructors do a great job at keeping you motivated throughout the entire workout.

Bad experience, they charge you for not coming in if you sign up for the day. Even though it’s never booked completely out. I don’t think it’s right for memebera not that I will be one anymore anywaysz I had a lot of stuff going on so I missed canceling my membership by one day and they still tried to charge me for the entire month. When I tried to explain that I could afford it and why the owner completely stopped messaging me! So yeah bad customer service in my opinion.

Love CycleBar atmosphere and the professionals but the service is terrible. To have to give a 30 day cancellation notice is ridiculous especially when I signed up as a trial to test it out and decided it wasn’t worth me paying for. So when I finally reached out and asked to cancel because the app doesn’t allow you to cancel on your own. Good luck with that business motto. *edit* got my money back after I left this review
