Dance studio teaching children ages 2-18. Classes are offered in ballet, tap, jazz, tumbling, hip hop and tumbling. Recreational and competitive. Multi class discounts. Family discounts. We are a happy medium between education/technique and enjoyment/fun. We are proud of our diversity. All are welcome here!

My daughter has been dancing at DAB for 4 years and it has been an AMAZING experience. The staff and older dancers show my daughter so much love and are very encouraging. My daughter looks forward to seeing her teachers, dance friends, and the older girls who are positive influences. The growth I've been able to see in her dance skills and her confidence levels are unexplainable. And the DIVERSITY throughout this studio........I love it! We love DAB. From the activities, recitals, and special bonds these kids form with each other and staff, I couldn't ask for a better studio for my kid. Thanks DAB!

My daughter started dance here the year we moved to Memphis and just graduated from high school and performed in her 10th recital. Iβm glad we discovered DAB so quickly and Iβm grateful for every opportunity she had while there. Sheβs headed to NYC this fall and will have a lifetime love of dance and the work ethic that goes with it.

Love this studio! Weβve been attending since 2016. I enjoy how they balance teaching the fundamentals of dance and technique while at the same time fostering a fun environment so that the dancer falls in love with their craft. Love the recitals and competitions. Looking forward to watching my girls continually grow!

After 2 years of being a student here, my daughter has shown tremendous growth in skill and confidence. I love the diversity, the focus on technique and terminology, the camaraderie, and the passion passed down from the instructors. We love our D.A.B. family!!

This place is the worst.The staff is rude. They took two payments when my daughter was out from injury and wouldn't refund me. It was all smiles when they accepted my money. I would never in life deal with them again. I should have known not to deal with them when I enter the building and the mold smell in the air. I wonder when they last checked for lead and mold?

Absolutely love this dance studio! My daughter is ecstatic to do dance here and loves all of her dance instructors. She's attended previous years, but sat out last year, and SO excited to be back thia year. She's looking forward to getting more of her Hip Hop routine down and looking forward to starting competition dance next year!

Today was Aliyah's first dance class. As a parent of an child with autism I will recommend this academy 10x over. Mrs Amanda was the absolute best and completely patient with Aliyah. My daughter loves to dance she just has very bad social anxiety. Thank you to the dance academy for being 100% professional and 1000% the best.

did not want to teach my daughter, this only happened week ago. My daughter drove home crying out of frustration and stress. The teacher told her to figure it out. If they do not choose to do their job, then we will be finding another program.

I feel lucky that my kids have the chance to go to an exciting and inspiring Victorian studio to dance! The best way I can describe Mrs. Tracy is that sheβs always spot on, always appropriate to the situation. She is warm-hearted, but not sugary-sweet all the timeβno dance teacher worth her salt is, as thereβs discipline to be maintained. She puts a great deal of thought into everything. I have several children enrolled, so I am in the lobby a lot, and Iβve seen her ask for help and apologize for mistakes. Itβs more than just a business; the staff is terrific, the recitals are exquisitely done, and the kids are getting an unforgettable experience!

For the person saying that the instructors are overweight, shame on you. Dancing is for everyone no matter the shape or size, yet you have to nerve to think that all dancers are skinny and paper thin. Iβve been at D.A.B for 8+ years and I can say that this is the best place for dancers in the Bartlett area. The staff encourages you in a positive way, and work you to be the best that you can be. There is no place that I rather be.

There is hardly any seating. Required to wait in the lobby. The only way you can see what it is you're paying for is a tiny monitor sitting in the lobby that flashes every FIVE seconds. Lady at the front desk is not friendly. Not to mention their instructors are over weight... Not how I invision ballerinas. Will be finding another program.
