Exceptional training...the best investment I have ever made! Donna's fusion technique and her customized workouts get results!!...in my case building and toning muscle to support greater functional strength and better overall fitness. Donna's approach had me in the best shape of my life a decade ago before I moved cross-country...and I am excited to be back in her gym this summer! Looking forward to the second round we just started...she may even get me (and my bad knee) back to running!

Excellent location and overall experience for my autistic grandson to get cardio and weight training. He looks forward to going and feels a sense of belonging and accomplishment he doesn’t get from sports. In the eight sessions he has completed with “Dangerous Donna” there has been a noticeable difference in his physical appearance and attitude toward exercising. Donna is patient and makes the entire experience rewarding.

Donna was my personal trainer for about 4 years until I was diagnosed with cancer & had to quit. During the time that she trained my husband and me we were stronger and felt better than we have ever felt in our lives.
