Diamonds tumbling classes are unrivaled in Knoxville, and I feel confident saying that because we’ve tried them all. They limit the class size to 12 and each class focuses on one skill or set of skills instead of just being beginner, intermediate, etc, and they won’t sign you off to move to the next class until you’ve got the skills for your current level down perfectly. The coaches are attentive, constructive, and honestly care about the athletes, Private lessons are even better (if that’s even possible) than group tumbling classes because of the 1 on 1 attention.

My daughter Madalyn started cheer at Diamonds in June 2023. Previously she had done gymnastics at several other local gyms. When she started doing tumbling classes with Coach Allen, privates with Coach Christian, and her regular cheer practices with Coach Keleigh and coach Cailin I saw more improvement in her skills in just a couple of classes than I saw in the years of preschool gymnastics at other gyms. I really appreciate the focus on proper technique and not just doing skills for the sake of saying you can do it. My daughter looks forward to classes and asks regularly if she can do a private with Coach Christian to work on new skills. I also really love that you can pay by class instead of a monthly fee.

My little one recently turned 4 and has been attending preschool tumbling with Cailin since August. She absolutely LOVES it! Each week she looks forward to tumbling class. Cailin is patient with the little ones and knowledgeable on how to help them achieve new skills. If you have a kiddo interested in tumbling I highly recommend signing them up for a tumbling class.

My daughter has attended the tucks and layouts class which has been a substantial step in her skill level progress. She has acquired new skills while improving the technique on her other skills. Specific skills acquired and improved the most are her back-tuck and her punch front. She has also conducted private lessons with the famous Allen, Dylan, and Christian which were all great. Diamonds has absolutely been a dream come true for our daughter. In the 5 years we have been part of the Diamonds family, we have seen so much growth in her. Her tumbling has improved by an astronomical amount, but its so much more than that. Her confidence level has skyrocketed. This is Allie’s 6th year at Diamonds 5th year cheering. It’s hard to believe it has gone so fast. Allie needed an outlet somewhere that she could use her energy so I found Diamonds she started just tumbling and before you knew it she was competing and as they say the rest is history. My daughter started out in a tumbling class only at diamonds then she begged to be on a team. I remember watching her watch the older girls and how excited she was to watch them. We decided to let her try out and be placed on a team and I do not regret one second of it. She’s a second born so that should say enough, she is celebrated there. Diamonds Allstars is the best all-star cheerleading gym in Tennessee. I never anticipated being a cheer mom, but I am here for it. I sent my girls to tumbling classes at Diamonds after moving to Knoxville because we had sampled a litany of other sports and I was tired of having to cajole them into going to practice each week. When they started, they couldn’t do a cartwheel. Now, they’re doing walkovers and handsprings. But, what’s more striking is how much they have grown on a personal level. This is a very organized and well run gym. Noel and her staff does what ever it takes to help make sure the teams succeed. And they Always win at various competitions around the country or place very high. As well as getting invited to compete at the Super Bowl of Cheer,The Summit and World's every year in Orlando, FL.They are some of the best teams in the Country.I can see a huge difference in my granddaughter since starting at DIAMONDS ALL STARS,5 years ago.
