This place is amazing, staff is kind and caring with positive reinforcement and sade correction to further encourage learning and skills. I am so glad my daughter's cheer team is practicing here this year instead of where they did last year in murfreesboro. If I could give 10 stars I would ✨️!

My daughter has been going here for 4 years now and absolutely loves it. She has grown and learned so much in that time. We absolutely love Coach Souto because he pushes her out of her comfort zone and has her do things that he knows she can do. She loves the competitions and tumbling.

Wish I could give ZERO stars!!!

We are currently here for a birthday party. The party was paid supposed to be for 15 children, with an email confirmation showing this. Upon arrival, the host let us know the party was only for 10 people and they were only staffed for 10. They made us pull children out of the party and watch their friends play, even though we provided proof of the email confirmation showing. The hostess said there was “nothing she could do” and her manager said we were “provided incorrect information”.

This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable! I would NEVER recommend doing a party here!

**** after being contacted, this is the update.

We did have the person that is over parties reach out the same day. Upon speaking to her, she kept saying “I’m so glad we got this resolved during the party”. While there is some truth to this, it was only resolved after several times of us following up with the hostess and then asking to speak to the manager directly. This took some time and there was approximately 40 minutes of the 1 hour play time that we had to rotate children out of the party.

The lady we spoke with kept referring to a glitch in the system that caused this to occur. Glitch’s can and do happen, but the lack of communication and customer service here is appalling.

The person over parties then did offer to refund us, but only for an in house credit which kind of feels like a slap in the face after such a disappointing experience.

I should also add that after we had our time in the party room, we noticed the party after us had more than 10 children but still one instructor. This goes to show that them telling us there was a ratio and they were only staffed for 10 children was untrue.

We were then asked by this person to remove the negative review as “reviews like that can be detrimental to a business”. I do understand that, but unfortunately we were left with no choice other than to leave a negative review and it wasn’t until the review was posted that we received any type of response to the unfortunate experience. I absolutely do not feel comfortable removing this review after the employee, manager and employee over booking parties really did not take accountability for their actions.

I am a mother of 3 with many birthday parties under my belt and I have NEVER been so disappointed with an establishment. As a former customer service manager, the manager should be absolutely ashamed for their poor judgment call in the situation.

I would strongly consider revising your training of management and party policies and procedures to hopefully prevent this happening to anyone else.

We have a 6 year old and a 3 year old in classes. Very pleased with the coaches and this facility. Our kids are learning new skills and going to sleep so much easier throughout the week with the added exercise. They actively ask when the next gymnastics class is and are always excited for it.

My 4 yo absolutely loves her Big Dipper class! Her instructors (Olivia & Jackson) are so positive, helpful, and genuinely have fun with the kids. Highly recommend!!!

We went here for a kid's birthday party. All of the kids were around 4-5 years old, and there was about 15 kids there and 4 people working.

The people working, especially the person leading, did an excellent job with the kids!

My kiddo had a lot of fun at the party playing "the floor is lava", jump house, obstacle course, foam pit, and parachute.

Now we're looking to maybe have our kiddo start classes here, that's what we thought of it.

What's not to love about ETC Gymnastics! It's Family, my daughter has been going to ETC for almost four years and she loves it. The coaches are kind, friendly and are vested in really teaching the children. My daughter does Advance Tumbling with Coach Dean and All Stars with Coach Hannah, which are both phenomenal coaches!!! They offer All Star Meets for your little ones to compete and show off their skills. I highly recommend ETC Gymnastics, my daughter has learned so much and gained strength, friendships, discipline, and confidence.

My daughter has been here about 6 weeks. She loved it and the teacher seemed great. She is 5 and gymnastics is new to her so at one of the classes she got upset because she was afraid to do one of the flips by herself. The teacher ignored it. Did not encourage or help her. The next class she was doing one of her stations and hurt her arm. The teacher again ignored it and sent her out hysterically crying. A comment was made in front of another parent to the front desk that she did not need an ice pack and was being dramatic. The teacher never once came and let me know what happened or made sure my child was okay. We are withdrawing immediately.
