This gym is the most inviting gym in the area, hands down.
I have been training with dj going on 15 years now, from back when we competed at sidthilaw now to him opening up his own gym. Its not a mistake that if you look straight back in the rafters you see belts covering the ceiling.
And sunday sparring is where its at. It is an open session to anyone from any gym and is hands down the best concentration of talent for anyone looking to get work in. There are people of all skill levels from just dipping their toes in to sparring to all levels of pro.
If anyone says that this gym isnt one of the best gyms in Nashville they dont know what they are talking about

I’ve been training with Dj for 3ish years, and I can say without hesitation that this is the best Muay Thai gym in Nashville. Dj is a coach who actually knows how to build fighters from the ground up. He doesn’t just run you through drills, he explains the why behind everything. The training is tough but structured, and whether you’re here to fight or just get in shape, you’ll be pushed to your potential. The gym has a fantastic atmosphere as well. Over the years I’ve gotten stronger, faster, and more disciplined, and that’s all thanks to the wealth of knowledge Dj gas. If you want authentic Muay Thai with a blend of western boxing, as well as a coach who genuinely cares about your progress, This gym is where you need to be.

Everyone needs a church and this is my church! Amazing people to work with, everyone is very respectful and friendly, I had no experience of fighting, I still beginner but it's bc of me, I'm too lazy to workout every day. But I can handle the sparring sessions on Sundays.

Fight Force has the highest quality coaching/drilling without the MMA bravado baggage. DJ facilitates an environment that is approachable to those with no experience while offering competition-level training.

When I thought I hit my peak in working out just doing boxing drills, Fight Force Fitness opened a new drive for me when it comes to pad work, sparring, and learning techniques when it comes to boxing and kickboxing. It keeps me energized to learn more and DJ takes his time with his clients to help them sharpen their techniques! Great Space!

Got the opportunity to train here during my short stay in Nashville and had a great time! Felt like I was training back at home with great vibes, a cool team and got to learn some new Mauy Thai techniques/training(s). From just my short session there I could see that DJ embodies the spirit of a real martial artist and would highly recommend anyone visit and sign up to Fight Force Fitness for all types of striking training.

I was visiting Nashville for the weekend and wanted to try something new, so I reached out to DJ and he quickly responded. Two sessions later and I have found a fun high intensity work out when I visit Nashville. If you are wanting to try something new, DJ is your guy, very personable, go for it!

I've been to one gym in Middle Tennessee and one in Nashville and so far this has been the best Muay Thai gym that I have trained in, Coach DJ is very observant when it comes to your foundation and your style, whether you are a beginner or not, this is a really good asset to have as a Coach, and not only that He cares about his clients and tries to accommodate with their time and schedule! A very cool dude! As for the establishment itself, they have a squat rack for resistance training so if you feel like getting some gains after doing Muay Thai you can go ahead and knock yourself out with the equipment. As for the grief, the only grief honestly is it's too far from home, but that's mostly on my part!

Fight Force Fitness has by far the best community and welcoming atmosphere I've ever experienced at any gym or fitness club! I started as a complete novice that had never even worn a pair of boxing gloves in my life and DJ and the team made me feel welcomed from day one! I've been a member now for some time and the training sessions are as exciting as ever!

This is a great gym to learn to fight competitively, learn applicable self defense technique, the traditional ways of muaythai, how to push yourself in a way that can be easily transferable to many other areas of life and of course meet people and make friends. This place has a family vibe unlike other gyms where they pick favorites. The Lead Coach DJ is a well respected Muaythai competitor and can teach you some powerful techniques. Very accepting to all people no matter what color, shape, or size. There is no judgment here. Everyone is willing to help other members learn and grow together. Some of the girls and guys are fighters so you know your getting the real deal. 👍

I am 37 years old and well off the beaten path from "in shape". Initially, I wasn't sure that I was a good fit for this gym given my current fitness and skill level compared to the other members. Any hesitancy I had was gone after the very first class. Everyone was immediately welcoming and encouraging and everyone, from the newest members to the seasoned, trained fighters, has been patient, supportive, and helpful. And I haven't even talked about DJ yet! Hands down, best coach ever. Cancel whatever subpar membership/subscription you have elsewhere and get down here!

There’s a lot of coaches in Nashville. D.J. Miller Is the real deal. Regardless of whether you’re a beginner or a bit more advanced, he has a wealth of knowledge and an effective teaching method. One of the things I really love is that instead of trying to make a certain style work for each of his fighters, he takes the time to get to know people and their styles, and then teach them techniques and strategies that work for them. You’ll notice this is you ever come to a class or spar with the team — no one has the exact same style.
One of my other favorite things about Fight Force Fitness is the diversity of the team training there. Some folks have over 10 fights, some folks are just starting to fight, and others might never decide to compete, but everyone is there to learn and grow together. Come on out and try a class — you won’t regret it!

FFF is my favorite place and second home. Everyone here is a family and the vibe is so welcoming. Dj is an expert in Muay Thai and will get you in the best shape of your life while having so much fun. You have the option to do team training or personal training for great prices. He works with your schedule and helps you with your specific needs. I’ve been to other martial arts gyms and this is hands down the best team in Tennessee to be apart of and I’m so grateful!

FFF is the best gym I’ve been to in a long time. It’s as much a community as it is a place to workout. DJ is an excellent coach who genuinely puts time and effort into helping his athletes get better, but never makes someone feel out of place or intimidated. The friendship and community he’s fostered at FFF will have you coming back just as much as the opportunity to invest in your fitness will. You won’t regret it.

Awesome gym! I came here with a background in weightlifting and calisthenics and had always been interested in learning Muay Thai. DJ has opened up a new world of exercise and performance to me. The workouts will push your strength and conditioning to a level you never thought possible. Great community of members always cheering you on and helping you out. I'm addicted to say the least.

I have always been a fan of combat sports and martial arts, but finding the right gym for something like that can be tricky. Clashing egos can quickly stop you from enjoying yourself, but at Fight Force Fitness all of that is left at the door. They train actual fighters and people looking for a different kind of fitness with ALL body types. They don't care if you're 600 lbs. They will still treat you with the respect and dignity of their veterans. It's a small place and everyone is really close, but still open to all newcomers. I'm in the best shape i've ever been in my life because of this place.
If you are ready to grow or make a change in your life, I can't think of a better place to cultivate a new growth mindset.
