Hands down the best trainer in Chattanooga! Not only is Gage very knowledgeable about fitness, but he lives what he teaches you! His approach to fitness is the healthiest for long term changes! I feel healthier now than ever. I don’t care to look at a scale because I know I am healthier than what the scale says.

I have also stopped taking medications for high cholesterol and gout because we’ve changed my diet and physical activity for a healthier life style.

I have had an outstanding experience with Gage. He has tailored his approach, from nutrition to exercises, to meet my unique needs. In my time with him, I have dropped 15 pounds of fat and added muscle. He holds me accountable daily, but at the same time understands that at times you simply have to take a "day off" (or two) from the diet and regimen. During his weekly calls, we plan for the appropriate changes in regimen and he gives me great alternative exercises to do when I'm traveling. Earlier this year, I tore my hamstring (not while training) and feared I was going to lose the gains I'd made. Gage assured me that there was no need to worry, and through some adjustments on nutrition and exercises, the gains were maintained. I highly recommend Gage and Fit Life for your personal training needs. I can assure you that if you follow the plan and take his input seriously, you will see results.

Gage @ Fit Life is very motivating! He's always in a good mood when I arrive and inspires me to put in hard work. He's knowledgeable about how to meet my goals of becoming stronger and more fit. He's been my personal trainer for almost a year and still texts me to confirm the days I'm planning on coming in so I stick to my commitments. He's fun to be around and doesn't take anything too seriously (Gage don't let this go to your head I still plan to give you a hard time tomorrow even though I'm writing all these compliments).
I like this gym's atmosphere- non judgmental- everyone working out to be their best (BONUS: the members I see are mostly women, a lot of them in their 30s/40s, not a bunch of grunting intimidating dudes 🙌) .
10/10 highly recommend.

If you are looking for an understanding and knowledgeable trainer, Gage is your guy. I started working out with him in September of 23 after having two kids. I’ve made really great progress in such a short time.

He holds you accountable but doesn’t push you beyond your limits. He also helps make sure your nutrition is where it needs to be and provides weekly guidance as needed.

He makes the gym fun and all of his clients are also very supportive and welcoming!

I love the flexibility of being able to go to the gym various times throughout the week without being stuck to a specific class schedule. The app he provides is easy to use and gage is always there to help with questions or provide guidance on your form or alternative movements. I also love that the other members of the gym aren’t overly competitive with one another, like everyone goes in and does their own thing at their own pace and I don’t feel like I have to kill myself to keep up with the others.

Gage is great, very personable and generous with his time and instruction. He thinks outside the box, which is very helpful considering my body is outside the box. I've been at Fit Life for 6 months, working out twice a week AND following the nutrition plan under Gage's care and I've seen the biggest physical transformation in my life. If you are looking for a trainer that motivates you and pushes you, you are in the right place!

I’ve been training with Gage for about 6 months now and seen great results. He’s professional and passionate about what he does and it shows.

The guy is awesome. As soon as you step foot in the gym - he brings the energy. You may be feeling sore or down on any given day, but Gage will give you a fist bump on the way in and all the encouragement you need to get your workout done and feeling good for the day.

The workouts are always changing, so it’s never boring. It’s challenging, but rewarding. He always gives his time for any nutritional questions I might have too, which is super helpful as I navigate what is best for me.

All in all, a great dude and a great gym. If you want a trainer who doesn’t over complicate things, makes you work and gets results - this is your guy.
