I have been going to 1440 in White House for almost 2 years now, and much like my muscles, the amount of wonderful things I have to say about it only continues to grow.
I came here from PF, and while the price was a little higher, so is the quality of the equipment, the amenities offered, and the standard of care to which they show the gym and all of its patrons. You are constantly greeted with smiles, asked how you and the family are doing, and reminded that you really can have it all in one place. The support system here is incredible, you can ask anyone anything and never be made to feel like a bother. This gym is welcoming for any level of fitness for which you may be, from never stepping foot into a gym before, to professional athlete or competitor.
While I do consider myself to be a natural frugal McDougall, this is one of those things that has become priority in my budget, as I have been to other gyms, and I always continued to choose this one. Some things are just worth more.

I’ve been a member for two years, and I couldn’t be happier with this gym. Having been a member of several gyms in the area in the past, I truly feel at home with the 1440 community. The equipment is state-of-the-art and always in excellent working condition. Members are great about re-racking their weights and wiping down equipment after use. I’ve been coming here for a while now and absolutely love the atmosphere. It’s by far the cleanest gym I’ve ever been to. Everyone is respectful, and it feels like a family environment. I highly recommend Fitness 1440 in White House. The staff is awesome, the equipment is always working, and if anything ever does break, it’s fixed fast. The cold tub and sauna are a great bonus, too!

They make you use a second company to make payments. If you try to cancel they make you pay a whole month of charges after trying to cancel. The people at this company do not try to work with each other. 1 employee told me they wouldn’t charge me again. Another one called saying i owed money. My partner canceled same day no 30 day wait just same day cancellation . But they did not give me the same option.

Great atmosphere. Great variety of equipment. Clean, with great amenities. People there are great, gym goers and staff. Joined Fitness 1440 and immediately loved it. The equipment is clean and in great condition, the staff is really friendly, and the amenities are top notch. The sauna, cold tub and compression therapy have been key for recovering quicker. The gym is laid out well with plenty of space for stretching and floor work. I like that it's not a huge gym. Bought my son a membership because he is tired of being skinny, haven't been here that long but I like it's 24 hours and the equipment is so new! It's crazy expensive, though, so be mindful of that.

They have a variety of trainers to help you meet your fitness needs and goals. I like that they have a functional fitness area to break up the monotony of just training with weights. It is rare and extremely nice to have the ice bath, sauna room, and compression therapy to be utilized before or after your training. The owner, Jon is extremely helpful, kind and truly there to help you meet your fitness needs and goals. You won’t find a cleaner gym in our area, and all the equipment is top-notch and functions correctly. Everything looks professional and doesn’t have any weird fixes to keep it running. You can definitely tell that professionalism, cleanliness and safety are important to the owner and staff of this facility. If you have a fitness need or goal, I highly recommend this training facility for you and your family.

Love going to this gym. Great atmosphere can workout when it’s good for me day or night. Lots of equipment to choose from. The staff are great and always willing to help or answer questions. Fitness 1440 has really helped me over the last few months with my strength goals and weight loss. The compression sleeves for legs and the sauna are a great edition. After a hard workout it feels good to get some relief with the sauna and compression gear. If you don’t have a home gym I recommend this gym. They strive to make you better and offer quality gym services. The price is great as well.

This place is absolutely incredible. It is a little pricey but you definitely get your moneys worth and then some! Incredibly clean and state of the art facility (cardio equipment, free weights, machines, cross fit station, inferred sauna, ice baths, and more!)

Not to mention John the owner is an incredible guy and his staff is just as wonderful! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone no matter your fitness journey! They also have trainers available too even if you are a beginner! Cannot rave about them enough! Go check them out!

Love this gym. Ice baths, infrared sauna, compression on top of new cardio, machine weights, and suspension training is a plus plus. The owners, location, parking being all great is a true bonus. You couldn't find a better place to workout.
