Been a member at this gym for like 7-8 yrs, recently it was bought out by Iron Fit, none of the members were notified and when I came in to workout like I normally do, was told about the "buyout" and told about the new rates and if I didn't want to sign up, I couldn't workout. Problem was, they just took the money out of my account, 7 days prior to this buyout!! Canceling my membership and tried to ask about a refund but there wasn't anyone to give any answers on that matter. This is the shadest business practice EVER!!

Gym just got bought out by Corporation and cancel my membership and they made me pay almost 100 or tried to work out even though I paid my membership already double price for the membership even though nothing in the gym has changed. I’m very upset was a great gym not anymore.

Great gym - great equipment with plenty of free weights as well as machines for every exercise. Generally full of folks seeking simply to get their workout in and move on. I typically go around 6-8 a.m. and the crew at that time are all super helpful for new lifters to give pointers if asked and leave you be if you don’t. Love this place!!

This used to be my favorite gym. It was clean and everything worked. Now 3/4 of the cardio machines are not operational, the place stinks and the cleanliness has gone way downhill. When Caroline ran it the place was great. Now, it's literally falling apart. I wish the owner would put some money into making it nice again. The kid who runs it is doing the best he can but with it slowly falling apart all he can do is put signs up. It's a coin flip if there is even soap in the men's room. I hope the owner takes note of these things and brings this gym back to what it used to be or better

So glad I found this gym. I love I can grab a protein drink and meal before I leave. They even have a microwave to heat the meals here. Gym has everything I need, I do the weekly womens class too which only cost $8. The 24/7 app is amazing. Other gyms will be closed for weather or short staff but Flex is never closed.

I have been to many gyms, but this one is by far my favorite! It’s super small, not busy, and Caroline is very helpful with anything you need. I highly recommend atleast trying the day pass because you will probably end up loving it and purchase the membership! They even offer personal training as well which is very helpful. My husband and I also love the hours because we can go at midnight or 4am and get our workout in without having to wait for the gym to open.

I recently joined a gym in my neighborhood, hoping to get fit and healthy. However, the experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The gym's equipment is poorly maintained, with many machines in dire need of repair. The music playing on the floor is the same over and over again for months, leaving me feeling bored and uninspired during my workouts.
What's worse is that the gym membership is not cheap, and as paying customers, we expect a lot better. The restrooms and locker rooms are in awful condition, with broken fixtures and a general lack of cleanliness. It's not a pleasant experience to be changing in a filthy locker room or using a restroom with overflowing trash cans.
I decided to write a review of the gym to share my thoughts and hopefully prompt some changes. As a gym-goer, I want a clean and safe environment to exercise in, with proper equipment and a variety of music to keep me motivated. I hope the gym management takes my feedback seriously and makes some necessary improvements for the benefit of their members.

Best gym in town - Lebanon, TN. Friendly staff and members. Clean facility, towels are disinfectant provided. Enough equipment to do any type of workout any time of day. My wife calls it the muscle store.

What a spot! Loved everything about this place. Metal weights, loud music and just old school down and dirty (in a good way) place to train. Met the owners, super nice and very hospitable. Whenever I’m back in town will 100% be back. If you’re around the area and want/ need a place to train I highly recommend!

I'm 13 and I've been going to pf for about two months now so I was wondering if u guys allow me to go there and if I get a free day the first time I go also I've never went there but i would like to find a different gym other then pf cause it's all mainly cardio and u guy are close and seem great

I like this gym a lot. Nice equipment. Only issues I have is it’s NEVER staffed. And it’s very dirty, especially bathrooms. if there’s someone that needs to sign up for a membership there’s no one to talk to. It’s attached to a PT facility and when my bf and I came in to sign up in the morning, the front office staff of the PT center seemed annoyed that we were asking them how to sign up and they didn’t know anything. It was a turn off for sure. But it’s the only gym with no contract month to month and 24/7 access, which is a bonus. Just wish it was cleaner.

Been coming here for years. If you are in to overcrowded commercial gyms then this isn’t the place for you. However if you are into a great atmosphere and a no judgement gym then this is the absolute best place you can be. Everyone speaks to everyone. I have never had an issue at this gym and that’s what keeps me coming back. The patrons as well as the staff are absolutely awesome.
